Maximum possible world chat points?

maximum possible world chat points? maybe 5 ?
and maybe there is some command to check how many points you have?

 

10, when you log in the game there is a chat that pops out and tells you how many are left.

noticed that lower lvl players can use it less?

 

not true i shouted like 4 times allready, and got 6 left.. ^^

 

when i logged in i had 5. my lvl 99.
patch notes says that we get 1 point per day, but i wonder do those points accumulate to some sort of limit.

 

hmm weird, i'm 99 aswell and got 10... maybe there is a way that you can get more of them?

 

nc west's settings are different. innova has their own world chat settings:

regular users:
- lvl 95+
- 5 times a day
- 300 sec delay

pa users:
- lvl 85+
- 10 times a day
- 300 sec delay
