Power and Shiny shirts

since a lot of people is rerolling into the new race, it would be nice if these power and shiny shirts can be transfer between characters of the same account :/

 

it's the cost of rerolling, similar idea already exists with many other systems (including incoming brooch).

 

rerolling shouldnt have a "cost" as far you keep the item inside the account

 

same principle as brooch, its character-bound, not account bound, it wasn't an oversight that they didn't allow dimensional transfer, it was intended..

since this topic has not got an answer for a long time, but the interest remains, i will make a try to answer it.

this is an interesting point, though i can not agree with it completely.
rerolling a character has always been a complicated process in majority of mmo games. and this process is followed by a number of risks and efforts, that you should be aware of before taking decision about a reroll. lineage 2 has the same situation, and a number of unique items are kept character-bound by design. this is not something the developer is ready to reconsider.

as a company first is to make profit, the second thing is to make "good" for players (only if that get profit )
