where can you get lv. 1 windy cha dye cha +1 and lv. 1 windy luc dye luc +1 and what are achemy tomes supossed to do exactly?

 

alchemy tomes allow you to learn to craft the mastery crafts.
cha and luc dyes can be obtained from fortune pockets, probably there are more ways to obtain it but no idea.

well, as far as i know, there are 2 different sets of new dyes

1- luc and cha dyes: when you add those, you are getting from +1 to +5 to your stats, those can be get only by opening fortune pockets level 3 and 5 (for sure you can get luc dyes with this, dunno about cha dyes), here you can see the list of items you can get from opening lvl 1-5 pockets: https://4gameforum.ru/showthread.php?t=794348

to explain a bit the images so everyone can understand it i will explain the level 3 pouches rewars (it's the same for lvl 5 ones), so when you open a x1 level 3 fortune pocket you can either get:

- x10 fortune pocket level 3 with 1% chance
- x1 luc dye (+1 luc) with 4.5% chance
- x1 luc dye (+2 luc) with 3.5% chance
- x1 luc dye (+3 luc) with 0.5% chance
- x1 marphr's luck potion (for 15 secs gives +5 luc) with 2% chance
- 6.400.000 exp points with 100% chance
-20k, 200k or 2kk adena with 100% chance

2- windy dyes: those dyes are something like legendary dyes, but instead of giving +5 / +1 / +25 resist the windy dyes are giving +to older stat (to either str/dex/con/wit/men/con) and to a new one, either luc or cha, to get those dyes you have to use alchemy system in order to learn the receipts to craft them and you will need x2 old dyes, x1 new dye and heavy wind stones, so in example to make a +5 str / 5 cha dye you will need:

-x2 level 5 legendary str dye
-x1 +5 cha dye
- some heavy wind stones (can't remember the amount right now)

the problem with this crafting is that it isn't 100% chance, and each time you fail you get back 1/3 of mats used to craft, but 1/3 from 2 or 1 is 0 so if you fail on dyes crafting you will be getting 0 dyes back

 

the major source of those dyes are from fortune pockets. as we all find out, fortune pockets comes from grinding mobs and on core where for 90% of the population grinding stops at finishing the daily/weekly instances, it might take a while before we will get our hands on those dyes. maybe an event that includes the new dyes would be nice! (hint)

 

there is another way to get luc/cha dyes from +1 to +5 but you will have to find on your own.

 

151 hours for rune crafting reuse, is this for real or some kind of bug?

 

well.. with thisertheias g:ewr and g:ear prices will go down 3x or even more. 88 g:ear craft, 93 or so g:ewr.
i want to know how much costs learn skill for lucky stones armor/weapon skill. and or they need book to learn or not. if no book need then gg. in next few months server will be full +8++ sets and +12 weapons.

 

few months mean a year here and after we will get a new chronicle.

 

new chronicle every ~half year. make ertheia 99 it's ~1month w/o nolife mode.

so it's interesting you need book for those stones or not. and what price to learn that skill.. somewhere i saw ~1b.. but i want more details.

it's np if you need 1 book or no, chances to craft the stones +30% with blessed scrolls was something like 5% so good luck!
