for not attending to me at all in a week that my ticket has been opened. thank you very much, seriously, for not attending me in an issue in which i got robbed, and due to you not responding at all, will never have even the chance to take the items back and due to it, have to leave the game. i have tried several ways of contacting you, none worked and after so many days i even doubt u will be even able to help me anymore. even though, it would be good if you just take a minute and explain me the reason of not responding. thanks for your attention, and sorry about the post, since i know this is not the way to talk to the gms, but since i dont get an answer anywhere else, was the last option.

according to the rules, support service answers within 10 working days. usually that's 1-2 days though, but currently there are dozens of petitions and double and even triple petitions on the same questions. let me assure you if you can be helped you will be helped, but forcing your petiton is not of any real help for you as gms are processing tickets in a queue.
