no, it means that you didn't did it when you should have done it/ you were higher level when this quests were introduced in game.
anyway you really need so badly the 20 steel door coins? on 95 and 97 and i think on 99 also you get another quest's like this ones... i mean... well, whatever.

 

i just returned today. i dont know anything about this quest series, to be honest x.x
i thought it would be necessary to complete part 1, to get part 2,3,4 and so on.

 

can i ask something?for what a 85+ will need steel door coins?as i saw you buy gear for pre 85 so whats the point?

from the gamble you will get 2 chests.
one of them will have 1 armor full armor part from immortal until seraph.
the other one will have 1 weapon full from immortal to specter (i'm not sure if until specter or til twilight).

 

you can use 2k steel door guild coins and trade them for 3 chest (1 weapon and 2 armor), and get equip from immortal to specter / seraph , here a ru experiment about what you can get : https://4gameforum.ru/showthread.php?t=793093

if you don't like that option, you can also change those steel door guild coins and click on get miscellaneus, by doing that you can exchange 1 coin and will get 13 bssr or 50 ssr (you can also buy sss / bss / elemental stones or arrow / bolts)

about the ministrel quest, those are giving really few xp and around 2-5 scrolls to teleport to a hunting area (lvl 85 probably give few soa / harnak soe) so if you can't do those, you're not loosing that much, don't worry

 

in fact, the most interesting part of the ministrel, is that they sometimes gives some free entrance pass to good instances.
the 85 quest gives 1 entrance pass kartia 85 (solo), and 1 entrance pass kartia 85 (group). the 90 will give 1 entrance pass istina, and the 95 1 entrance pass octavis.
the other ministrel quests also give some rewards, so i don't know if i listed all the interesting rewards.
