these npc will stay for 24 hours and disappear tomorrow at 1 pm gmt+0. why you havent put tersi herald again after maintenance??
tersi was on for total of 3-4 hours. uberfail!!! they are pi-s-s-ing on us, and dont even have courage to call it a rain...
tersi off once again. i think they have to add it manually. i think you should think about a double xp week , better than this tersi that should be on 24h and is on only 3h.
fellows, we want to start giving compensations (that includes tersi's herald and his buff) when we make sure that we have completely solved the problem which affected us all yesterday and it won't appear again. today we will be observing the situation and if everything is okay, we will publish the schedule of tersi's herald spawn for tomorrow.
when you schedule it in future, it (npcs) wont disappear once more? cause' yesterday you scheduled, but your scheduling did not worked.
it will disappear, that's why we are arranging a schedule to let you know when it appears again. spawn will be something like 4-5 times a day.
there was nothing wrong with the schedule, it was simply an on going effect caused by the issues we experieneced with 4game and the server previously which could not be predicted or expected which is why the team are working solving the issue as fast as possible and re-instating the compensations with an altered schedule.
while you are at it schdeduling things, please considder to schedule a dubble xp week. i want to reroll
i cant really believe it, you make an official annoucement that nevit will be up and yet you fail at this. how inadequate to your job can you be?
