Game won't start

    hello, i just bought new laptop to play l2, while i'm studiing away from home.

    when i setup laptop, i installed latest graphic drivers and directx. next i downloaded game, and when it first gave me error i downloaded and installed visual c++ 2005 32bit + 64bit and c++ 2008 32bit + 64bit.

    when i run the game, it brings on splash image and frost updates, then it gives me error saying this:

    microsoft visual c++ runtime library
    runtime error!
    program: c:\games\...\l2.exe
    r6025
    - pure virtual function call

    laptop is dell inspiron 5748:
    - intel i7
    - geforce 840m
    - 8gb ram
    - windows 8.1 64

    at the moment none, just set up laptop, i installed only drivers and game.

    i taken out the 1tb drive and placed 240gb ssd, fresh windows and drivers, still gave me same error :(

    this laptop also have integrated graphic, can that can cause this problem? just thinking out loud...

    any solutions yet? please, i'm leaving tommorow for students home and i wont be able to play from stationary computer fro whole week. my premium is active and i dont wanna waste it, or even miss double exp week for that matter =(

    when i plugged in mouse, game started and is running smooth. can't believe its because mouse wasnt plugged in, is that even real?

    btw, what kind of solution did you have in mind?

    thanks for fast response as i know you guys are extra busy with transfers, you can tell staff to delete support ticket with same name "game won't start".
