4game should do their homework

hello to all, sorry for my english.
4game is a company, a business is not an ngo, so they are looking to make money in exchange for offering a service.
with core 4game is getting a lot of money every day (premium, l2 store ...), but what about the money? "donations" they are getting not correspond correspondence to the quality of the server (constant lag, today there are bugs and constant disconnect).
everyone that plays this server is aware of the anger of the players, and if this continues, core die without players, the people will change to other server/games, this is true.
i appeal to the players to donate less money, or do not donate anything until 4game "do your homework" with core. 4game must invest more money in improving the server, 4game is receiving a lot of money from the players.

it's terrible. they do alot for earning more €, but aren't in the mood to take care about testing new updates before going online with it to the public. having a premium account this days is a pain the neck.

...and since there is only 2 guys working??? - one is rolling something to smoke and the other is not able to solve the problem - seriously - us, your customers aren't worth to get any official information about problems with new updates. what a pitty, you ruin my favorite game.

 

just logged in to say that is totally not true. actually i could qoute tons of complains about they take too long to test the clients of new chronicles they get from nckorea when ncwest release them months ealier.

about an improvement of server would be pretty much appreciated is true. community is already tired of seeing how the server becomes more and more p2w, how the number of gm/cm is greatly decreassed (at least the ones who we know) even if we asked for this not to happen, in the all mighty-meeting of clan leaders.

you can just log from time to time into the game on invisible mode, ban all those adena sellers in gludio/oren/aden. go to bot zones and ban them. try to understand politics in server and who has influence to intercept the black market, but well, that means you need more people working on this maintenance. i doubt all this would make the server unbalanced.

i am new to this game and i was all excited to play an "official" server - went ahead and got myself premium and started playing it was all good for about 2 weeks and then the problems started - servers started going down a lot - heck i have less vacation days than the total downtime of core. the worst part is that every time i am off work and able to play i can't as there are always issues. if it was a private server i would understand but the company that owns core is rolling in so much cash that they can atleast hire some people to take care of it. i really hope this gets sorted before a lot of people decide to quit as it will be sad for the game itself.

 

sadly no matter how much they do this kinda **** nobody quit , or maybe few of people that is low lvl .. will be bored/tired and go to private server but people who playing here long won't quit over such thing unless there is real life problems or don't want to play alone

 

maybe stopping paying for pa and other l2 store stuff would show enough just how much are players satisfied with the services ... even half of the free servers has better service than what's happening here lately t_t

but really, who's going to do that :/ all people do is nagging but they go and donate money anyways :/ no real impuls to change things, when the money machine is somehow still working ... unless it stops working, nothing will change. so stop the cash and maybe we will get better service, at least in terms of informing players about what's happening. server went down for the first time at 5pm gmt + 1 and first notice appeared three hours (and four downs) later ... and after the supposed fix it was down again within five minutes.

ok, i understand that maintaining and taking care of server is a hard work, but with the amount of disconnects and general issues i'm really wondering, how much different the official server is supposed to be over a free one ... :/

people already tried to make some kind of boikot, we could take the list of things we agreed as community in our clan leader meeting of whole server and tell you one by one which havent been listened.

i hope there will be an explanation for the malfunctions today, plus some apologize + compensation farer than cat buff (that cat gonna be the employee of the month).

 

chisane: i play here for barely a month, but i just can't stop wondering :/ now even more than before after hearing this.

the "buff nevit" not solve the lag, that's not a solution, it is a bad joke for the players.
and i have friends lvl 97+ that went out of core because the server lag.

well they said they sent report to developpers so that means they dont think the problem is in server but on chronicle/brooch patch, i guess?

 

didn't meant it for solution, but that poor npc has to work overtime. (yes, i know it's just a bunch of bytes covered in textures but you get the meaning.) of course it doesn't solve anything. but if i should be honest ... they also can't give us a big, brown, smelly nothing ... not that they can afford that given the amount of rage going on.

all i wanted was to express my support and awe over how hard and well that npc works ...

 

ive played few days in l2 eu core and i never had lag. of course i have good internet connection :d anyway,the problem of today is unexplainable,so maybe tomorrow the game bosses give us a compensation,caused it causes to me to leave to na server to relax my hungry of lineage 2,so after play few minutes in na server i return to eu servers,now i go to sleep and tomorrow in 12:00 am gmt+1 i can play again with my titan. i deserve that this not happens again.

 

for all who advice me to stop "donate" for my pa and xp rune, give me a pm when you have time to take me for some decent xp in a feoh loc party as i don't have access to those groups my self.

 

i only registered on the forum to join this thread.
it is realy frustrated to play this game on that server.
in my 20 year playtime i never see a so bad server.
not second lags,no minute lags.then so many disconnects in one day.
did you you how frustrated that is if you die because of lags.
to get the penalty bag i must level 30-60 minutes.thats my time and normaly you need to pay for that waste of time.
if you are not able to provide a better server situation then be so fair and stop the game or find solutions the player do not die when a disconnect is happen or because of strange lag.
i know no one cares but i really wich one time the community stay together and stop the drama.

i give that game a little more time than i quit and i go back to gw 2 or check again aion.

ok after disonnect i try to relog in but take several minutes.after login i need 30 sec to come from a to b.
and please do not ask for any datas because you know it is just the server.
