sooo... i was wondering if there is a "build" stronger than another, or (since it's pretty cheap to reset them) a build stronger than the others for special situations (mass pvp, daily pvp, og, pve, ...). i currently have the +40% hp, which are really nice, but was planning at the beginning to take, in the knight tree, the skill boots (crit rate/dmg, skill reuse and attribute def/atk). but i lose a lot of hp, and i love my hp so i come up with the question written above. thank you for your answers ! edit : trickster dark elf
ap builds are easy to figure out on archer since it mostly depend on your gear. usually whatever the build you have you'll want to take noble sting for that juicy +10% crt dmg on skills. after it start to go all over the place : - noble guidance is good for oly but garbage for everything else (better accuracy in cb, it unlock the "secret" skill which is imo terribad but can still be used in some situation) - hp if your gear lack defense or if you get focused a lot in pvp - noble attributes + noble mind are good both for oly & open, if you have a good opal & fishing agathion it starts to really give you an edge in dmg which is obviously really nice. the 5% cooldown is also one of the best ap skill u can get as archer. but... getting these 2 means you wont have more than +10% hp which is a problem if you dont have the gear that can allow that.
ok, thank you for the information ! i'll have to figure out if i can handle the loss of hp to gain the damage.
keep this in mind : 10 element = ~1% dmg, and cap at 22% (220 element), more or less, be it attack or defense
just take the noble elements if u have opal and fishing agathion else the boost wont help u that much. if u can't help that go for 10 knight and the rest hp
opal lvl 3 is already a great boost in dmg, every1 can have lvl 3. cap at 260. fish agathion gives 30 and ditty 10. if a person have opal lvl 3(70) + ditty (10) + ap (50) = 130 and it's already a good boost, since u need around 600 element defense to nulify 300 element in weapon.
this. and it's true for both daggers & yuls (& tyrrs). if you can't have +70 element from items (opal, 7s, fishing agathion) noble element is a waste in my opinion. you are better off taking 12 knight (noble sting is the most important ap imo) & 4 hp
imo no need 7s and fish aghation. opal lvl3 with 70 element + 10 of ditty are already a good boost with + 50 from ap. noble sting is good, if you have good double chance. like i said above, 600 element needed to nulify 300, if u have 430 element it's a great boost like 13%+, wich becomes even greater when you crit. but, it apply more for who have good gear, since the person will have to give up of a lot of hp. 2 in noble blessed body, 2 in noble magic barrier, 2 in noble focus, 2 in noble knight buffs, 2 in noble sting, 2 in noble accuracy, 2 in noble attributes and 1 in noble condition and 1 in noble life would be my build if i had nice equipment. otherwise i'd just stack hp + focus, knight buffs, sting and magic barrier.
drop noble accuracy unless u want to oly, u are better to take an extra 2 pts in barrier. the thing is, if you don't have elements items (beside opal 3) it probably means you don't have a lot of gear in the first place. so why exchange 20% hp for ~5% dmg from element ? in the end its a matter of opinion i guess.. when i don't run on awesome gear i prefer using diamond + pearl instead of opal for extra survival. its a trade of ~8% dmg for 1k+ pdef & 20% hp. and this is coming from a guy who is building his char as glass canon (but this would be too much :d). also noble sting is good, always. you don't need dex build for it. hell i have hybrid build (120 str 80 dex) and i'm ~20% chances to crt on all my skills, and even if i'd have 10% chance i'd still take noble sting (because what else to take as yul anyway ?).
well, cuz those 5% will be added to other 8%. yes, survival is very good for us yuls, cuz if we are dead we will deal even less dmg than we already do, but do low dmg isn't nice either. i'd say 20% is low, really low, yet. 90 dex as a ms base would be basic, with +10% chance from ap, and in that way, it's nice, really nice. and yes, some more points for barrier in that situation you describe could be better(just if the person follow the idea of no noble attribute). but i'd say, even if some1 have lvl 4 or 5 in opal, doesn't mean he will have 7s talisman and fish aghation.
