hi my char is grey on screen and i cant press the button start on screen can i know why? is smth i must do or smth happen!!!!a ny gm can help me plz!!!!

i do that its been an 1-2 hours but nothing happens nobody answer

 

doesn't it look like that when you get banned?

 

but if you get banned you cant log in this is defferent i cant press the start button my other char on same account gets in game normally but my main not and nobody answer me to know what to do !!!!

i read other posts i dont panic but is pretty ungly to loose all that time and money to go 99 dual 97 80 80 and loose all in 1 day i think !!!!

still 0 answer 10 hours ++ and even if i get banned someone must contact and tell me reason etc !!!! i never use program or smth like that so much time and money lost !!!! banned forever or smthig else but what i am talking nobody cares as i see!!! i post on facebook i post here i post on support page still nothing!!!!
