Rune of crystal bug

hello. i purchased the rune of crystal (7-day). description says it should decrease my grade penalty by 5 lvls when opened. well..it appears to be bugged. my weapon grade penalty decreased by 1 lvl (from 4 to 3) and armor grade penalty remained unchanged. kinda unhappy with this. any word on this matter from support would be nice. i'm lvl 71 and tried wearing twilight armor+requiem retributer

 

it's not a bug, it's "increase" your lvl by 5 so if you're 71 (you can wear armor etc like 76 - s grade not r grade)
it's not decreasing penalty lvl just lvl

for r grade you'ill need 80 with rune to do not have penalty ;d

 

yup, since twilight is wearable from level 85, u need to be atleast lvl 80 (80+5=85) to be able to wear twilight

 

ah. sorry. i though it is grade penalty lvl not your actual lvl ty for help
