wut ? the answer to this question si simple : when they put tarot, there was a 50% discount. today it's a 30% one. so that's why you pay 52.5 instead of 37.5 (instead of 75 "normal" price)

this is a myth... and not a myth. i explain. in the tarot l2store post (in the base topic) the gm mentionned the rate of having an item from the "special" list. he said that it should be around once every 30 cards. nothing else.
when you roll a dice, you have 1/6 chance to roll a 5. it means that in average, you'll have one 5 in 6 rolls of your dice. but it does not mean that every time you roll your dice 6 time, you will have one 5.

tl;dr : actual meaning is roll in special list instead of standart one is 3.3% approx. note that there is **** even in the special one.

 

better delete all drops and add to raids tarot

why so many people have problem with taking easier items? ... problem is not the event only that you can't take it in normal game playing, or maybe you can take it after 4-5 years wich is joke from designers.

 

just stop playing this dead game!!! there where times, it made fun and it was so exciting to explore this new world of lineage.
but what has left now ? i feel sad for the players that have paid a lot, couse ofc they dont want stop playing now and loosing everything but cmon.... it wont stop, there will be more and more and more and more events like this, it woooooont stop.
i payed also like 200€ i guess, but better stop now and save some money and a lot of nervs. ( i guess this wasnt corecctly said)
this game, is dead, its just dead! stop disgracing this so called "lineage 2" its no more lineage like it was.
it was fun, to play with old friends and explore something new, but now bhahahah its all about money u know that all.

that is a good summary of the situation and 1 way to be solved. open one more server. there are so many new players who are ready to start here but when they see how advanced some players are, they just decide not to. the problem is that there are so many players who got their items when the drop rates were high or from certain lovely events, while the new ones are struggling to get even their basic equipment. it is discouraging. of course the population will go low, old players get bored, new people don't come.

 

awesome idea. they made it twice, failed hard twice.

then i get some money and put into the game, bought the cards, that there nothing on its info on the l2 store that said it cant be trade or sold to another player, but when they are in my bag those info appear............ and booomm!! burn 12 euro (12euros for me is alot money) thx innova staff for made me waste my hard earned money..................

 

i guessed it when i saw the prices of cards didn't drop at all and even increased while it cost less money.

 

well in the "omg event omg wow" post all the packs, under their description, have a nice, clean, big table. and it says clearly the cards cannot be traded. maybe the l2 store doesn't state that, but the forum announcement you could have read, which is even more possible as you are posting using the very same forum, does.

anyway, that's a fine dottery- ekhm lottery, all raffles i've been seeing had lower sign-in prices. considering the amount of pvp stones around, the number of participants ain't small. :d
