Mail problem

    from 2-3 days i cannot open my mail list. i`ve read a post about this but there was written from uses not from gm, that if i move or restart it will be ok. so i was moving from town to town, from place to place, runnig here and there, restarting may be 20-30 times and nothing happen. please help me with it so i can recieve my money and buy shots to play other wise i will stay only in town. in same time my pa account time passing. thank you

    hello!

    if you are talking about in game mail - your mailbox probably went over limits or its bugged.

    you need to post support ticket at https://support.4game.com

    few hours after this post like a miracle my mail start to work, until yesterday, and now im without mail again....so how long will be this time? how long i will need to wait to be ok again and to play normal? also - why my pa still passing when i cannot play normal and its not my fault?

    this problem with the mail ingame is something ussuall, i sufered it 4 or 5 times every month, but only need to sent to this char a mail from other char without nothing inside it only the subject and you could reopen your email list, almost doing it i can reopen the list.

    write here, write there.... its like i`m going to pay my goverment taxes. i write it like a bug becose it is a bug, so why i need to make a new topic and to wait another one day for answer when i can send mail from my other char and i will have my mail. but may be its time for you to make something about this, becose i`m not alone with this problem!!!

    if you believe this to be a bug then you should have written to the bug report section, as for demading that our technical moderator does something, well i am sorry but that is out of his hands, if this truely is a bug then that will be down to ncsoft korea to fix and is not something any of our forum staff can do themselves, we are not the game developers.

    he has offered you the correct advice as to how to obtain any missing mails in the meanwhile, but if as you say this is a reoccuring issue then please make a report in the appropriate place.
