    the skill eye of storm of sayha's seer doesnt give the efecct that it says in the description of the skill instead of increasing m. critical rate in 100%, it increase it 100.

    i guess that's how it should work, it has wrong description.

    indeed in the official patch notes in the description it is said that it's increased by a static 100 and not 100% from base.

    mind that in this game if any skill description is different from what you actually see, it means that the description is wrong. it is worth to remember it.
