NCSOFT will open a classic server

well, you ask about gran kain, i play on eva.

we had tribunal clan here on eva, but the guy from original tribunal said they stole the name and icon.

nope, sorry, i play since december and i don't know anyone from previous servers. slowly progressing to become es (36lvl currrently), but i had almost a month off because of work, now trying to catch up.

the highest level on our server is 54 (from what i know) and on gk it's 62 (you seem one of them on the video above).

 

the only one i know is playing is squeez but as spellsinger ^^

 

this video is a quintessence of l2 classic and not only shows that pvp require alot more than smashing 1 button and give us a clear difference between god all-in-mess-aoe pvp.
but well that was played by instinct pt, so nothing less expected. not to mention that this is begining. really got hyped by this video. what will happen when they introduce nobless and cc classes wont die so easily.

you know the things just got dead serious when l2 server is up for 3 months and even russians aren't anywhere close to 70 yet.

they are not aiming to be 70, top parties went to 60 and just keep it that way, now they focus more on selling plvl. they will rush levels when loa will be introduced. highest level of mobs is drake 57, and cave maiden 59(but theres only few of them), while if mob is 3 levels lower than you, theres a exp penatly, which make it literally pointless to farm right now, they just refill exp they lose in pvp.

"in the 4th quarter of 2014 the max level will be raised to 80 and players will gain access to a-grade items and in the 1st quarter of 2015 the max level will be 85 and s-grade items will be available. they may also add the kamael class in 2015. until then they will collect enough feedback to see if players want to move further to gracia or keep the current version."

better farm epics for 1,5 year and have series of events where those are generated by system. and play pvp with forehead just to spam skills.

 

so , about the updates. so far there were 1 big update (age of war), which is considered as l2 classic 1.1. version. it was introduced trough three updates, one in october, one around december and one in february and they are all part of the same "group of update". first portion brought new awesome skills (such as hide for th) and new system of making sa on weapons (much harder than regular ones, but also available for d grade wep), second portion brought fishing (updated fishing where you can fish items, enchants and mats, but i guess at very low chance) and third update brought loa (which basically made 75 level realistic cap).

 

dont forget that 2nd update brought sieges and epic jewelery.

 

so basically, l2c at the moment is a lot like l2 prelude exp and content wise?

 

classic 1.0 is all about exp and farming items from qa/orfen/core and other bosses or preparing for higher grades craft. simply said but since theres only few good locations to xp (ex cruma/dv) top clans are fighting for it all the time.

 

iam really tempted to try ru version, this wait is excruciating.

 

i already fall for that like 3 days ago. there are still enough players around starting villages and most of them were able to understand or even write in english

 

yes, my bad. also hugely important aspects of the game, makes me wonder when can we expect updates to start hitting the ru version.

 

gonna be an *** and say that c4's max level was 78 and not 80 :^)
