My character disapear

    hello innova team,

    i have iss on pl lilith but now when i try log him i cant see him. only window and in this window i cant see any characters.
    please answear me is possible play my iss or no. my iss name is lucyferus

    this iss was after aweaking but i dont want start from begin....
