Dissapear items from inventory

hello... 25 march i had a specific problem. my party quit from ncwest and we start playing at your server innova core. 1 my friends from any clan from core deicide to quit, and he gaves me some adena (no 50 kkk or smth like that, just normal adena for start my party for basic items etc.). he gaves me this adena at 3 pm, after 4h i want buy some soulshots and my all adena dissapear = i have totally 0 adena. i make relog, because i think that is any kind of bug, but still i have 0 adena. i write to innova company ticket (4256-quak-0188), still no answer. can any gm answer from my ticket, and give back my adena ? this is your way for welcome new players, who begin play at your's server?

how can your adena disapear out of nowhere? u gave acc log to someone?

 

i create account in this day, when i got adena from my friends. account was totally fresh, just start playing...

yes, my friend sold talisman hunter, and that adena was from this deal, and my account and account my friend isn't banned, just adena dissapear.

 

they probably thought it was rmt adena, so they took it from u. as usual from this server, they do something to your account and they don't even tell you.

 

would be nice if the gm/admins left him msg ,,, " next time use l2store xoxoxoxo "

 

my party just wanna start play at this server, gm can check that adena was 100% from selling talisman hunter my friend. my account wasn't shared or ,,hacked" my ip logs is only mine, but adena just dissapear.
innova can make smth with this? i wait 5 days for any answer...

 

my ticket is from march day 23, no reply yet. some1 said 10 working days.

hm, trying to understand, you wanted to buy soulshots, or you bought soulshots? cause sounds like you fall victim to those people trying to sell soulshots for 1 b etc in ah, maybe was that?

 

if you just made char or acc, why do you need to buy soulshots for him? since i'm pretty sure in the low lvls you do get the shots ^^

 

ah cmoon, it's totally obvious, u start to play here, u bought adena from that "friend", gm's took adena because they actually "work" here, (even if it's one day per week), and now u trying to look like adena was gift, cmoon, people no stupid. do l2 store next time
