every player has a dream, each is full of endless hopes. they exist until last beam and until the last hope's lost. those who cannot bear the fact their dreams are claimed by others, let the envy fill their heart and their deeds lead to disasters Dear players. We received the first information about the third update of the Epic Tale of Aden series: Invidia. And we are proud to be the first to present it. Overview. The first episode of EToA brought a new race into the game worlds: Ertheias. The reaction of veterans was very mixed, but a certain group of adventurers had a special attitude towards them. Ertheias never let them become heroes stealing their Olympiad Points, never allowed them to conquer a single castle and escaped every battle with these adventurers when odds were not in their favor. These adventurers developed a solid envy towards Ertheias. They built a vessel, fueled it with their own tears and departed from Elmoreden in search of land, where they could feel safe from these cute abominations. After years of search they finally found a land. It was all covered in snow, had a never ending blizzard, was not rich in resources and was full of dangerous creatures. But who cared – There were no Ertheias. Happy adventurers inhabited these lands and built a kingdom. The lands were later named Invidia, honoring the strong willpower of its first inhabitants. At this moment the lands are ruled by the most wise and majestic representatives of original settlers: Lord Jelly and Lady Salty. Locations. Invidia. A new huge island. Can’t be reached by water, summoning skills or wyvern. Only accessible after completing quest in Rune – “The Path of Envy”. The quest is not available for Ertheia race. This basically means there is no way Ertheias get there. After completing the quest NPC Invidia Messenger will be offering a teleport to the capital city of Invidia – Snowsylym. Snowsylym. The capital city of Invidia. The city includes all standard town NPC's. in the city palace adventurers can meet the current rulers of Invidia - Lord Jelly and Lady Salty, both offering a series of quests for 100-105 levels. The Tower of the Frozen Tears. A tall construction in the northern part of Invidia island. By its inner architecture it might remind the players the Tower of Insolence. The tower has seven floors and includes monsters for 100+ group hunting, some raid bosses and offers a special challenge – A new epic quest. The monster difficulty increases with the tower floor. The top floor has an entrance to the locked chamber, accessible only after completing certain steps of the new epic quest. Fields of Injustice. A location for solo hunting. An elite monster can randomly spawn so that the player could have a reason to complain to someone. The zone is also a dwelling for one of the new bosses – Diploo, the Queen of Injustice. She is accessible through an NPC, who can teleport a group or a command channel into her den. Epic quest – The Sleeping Goddess. The whole nation of Invidia worship one and only goddess – Amarantha. The one who is always ready to listen to their prayers, their complaints and their sorrowful cool stories. But the dark magic of the island cursed Amarantha, placing her into eternal sleep on the top floor of tower of the frozen tears. There is no one to listen to Inviva people anymore. Lord Jelly and Lady Salty are begging brave adventurers to break the curse and wake Amarantha up. After accepting the quest from Lord Jelly, adventurers will be able to talk to Jelly's guard at the tower entrance. The whole tower will become an instance zone for a single player. The quest itself is a sequence of tasks including monster hunt, dodging the traps and fighting the two new bosses - Pazaksimus on the fifth floor and Paskalicious on the sixth floor in solo mode. The solo bosses are much easier than their non-instance copies, but are still challenging and time consuming. After defeating both bosses Jelly's guard will appear once again and will offer to leave the instance zone. after leaving the zone Amarantha's chamber will be accessible. The quest is finished when Amarantha is woken up. Bosses. Diploo, The Queen of Injustice. She is located in an instance zone Den of Diploo in the Fields of Injustice. The farming process is divided into 2 stages. During first stage you deal damage to her, during second stage you engage into argument with her and prove she is not right. If you ever succeed in that – She has a chance to drop Demonic Weapon – Diploo's Hammer. Brothers Paskalicious and Pazaksimus. Protectors of Amarantha’s chamber in the Tower of the Frozen Tears. Besides their solo variations in the epic quest they can be contested in clan mode. Defeating any of the bosses in clan mode will make them fight for the clan in the closest castle siege. They will be present as giant NPC's with Clan's tag. Pazaksimus will no longer be ashamed of being named [BS] Pazaksimus. New feature - Naughty Trevor Each process of farming a raid boss involves a chance to spawn Naughty Trevor close to it. When he spawns, he gives the raid boss full Iss Enchanter buff. What's more annoying, Trevor has loads of hp and extremely high movement speed, so chasing him is pretty pointless. Also, mentioning that buffing rb is against the rules in game chat or on Official Forum triggers a 100% chance to summon Trevor on your next boss farm. The last thing you see before getting wiped by a raid boss Demonic Weapon. The third one along with his demonic brothers Zariche and Tauti – Diploo's Hammer. held by Diploo and dropped with a certain chance after defeating her. Has one of the lowest attack and magic damage in the game, but blocks opponent’s chat for 1 hour with each hit. Epic Boss. Roaring Skylancer was forgotten many updates ago. No one ever comes to his mountain, as he is pretty useless. Eventually boredom was changed by madness and he claimed himself an offspring of Shillien. The 3 dragons of Shillien were enraged by his insolence and promised to slaughter him. But what a pity, they can’t leave their instance zones. You will do them a favor, won’t you? The Reckless Skylancer, dropping massive disrespect on his new family Roaring Reckless Skylancer spawns every 10 days on the same mountain near coliseum. It’s not an instance zone. Now, instead of submitting tickets about anyone else present at the boss farm, you can push enemies to the bottom of the mountain with abilities. So much fun and profit. Upon defeat he drops an epic jewel – Skylancer’s Worn Sock (+10 to all stats, +60% resistance to all debuffs, +60% to the chance to apply debuffs, +25% to magic and physical critical damage, +25% to the chance to land a critical physical or magical strike, +25% cooldown reduction). What a shame, there is no slot for worn socks. You are still useless, buddy. Global Event - Sayha's Invasion. After the most emotional part of Elmoreden inhabitants moved to Invidia, Ertheias started to lack attention. The fact they couldn't join the fun on the island only irritated them. For this reason they addressed their prayers to Sayha. The wind god answered their prayers and sent them male species from another dimension, able to break the protective barriers around Invidia. The army of Ertheias united under the banners of Sayha's alliance with purpose to break Invidia barriers. The only condition of Sayha was that the alliance could not be led by Ertheias. They needed someone, capable of leading and managing not just an army - A furious horde. For this purpose the wisest overlord of the Orcs who didn't choose the path of envy - Onyxia, was invited to lead the forces. Male Ertheia, ready to smash some Invidia faces 3 times a week a global announcement informs about a massive event, starting in 30 minutes. Players can either join Sayha's alliance in Rune by talking with Onyxia or Invidia resistance in Snowsylym by talking with Lady Salty (not available for Ertheias). when event starts, participants are teleported to their bases in Invidia (Ertheias get temporary access to the island). Players are engaged in series of events on the battleground, where male species of Ertheias face Invidia army. While fighting for certain side players gain reputation points, which can be later exchanged to consumables and even top equipment recipes, keys and materials. our tale was fully friendly the update won’t be the same but the lands of endless envy will in our dreams remain
april fools is tomorrow. start bothering with actually having updates with 2 months delay instead off 5 .and please no more excuses fro bug's etc because with all this delay we had ertheis still can hide with dots on them
failing on april fools day but not giving a damn for l2classic. there is a joke here, yes, but it's not this thread, it's more like a "company" if we can call it like that.
so if it is not a joke, tell us a date. i try find things about this new chronicle i didnt see anything. https://www.google.com.br/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=utf-8#q=lineage 2 invidia
how can a community be so hateful and bad like this? if those annoying ******* core's players started a company and worked 10% as hard as they seem to expect from everyone else, they'd be millionaire in a month. you guys either are kids/teenagers living in your parent's house or you're an adult that procrastinate and push back deadlines at your work. and my bet is that you push more deadlines than the core staff because i bet the staff doesn't play the game and there's no such thing as a l2 player that is fully productive 8 hours a day, 5 days a week during the whole year. and i actually thought that my problem was that i live in a 3rd world country and i have inner moral, culture and education. boy, i hope all those babies are not from europe, that would be a disappointment. @ontopic nice april's fools, you had me until skylancer :d
for a second i thought "nice", then i remembered that i think not even the ertheia patch notes were translated so whatever :d nice april fools joke, but should've maybe happened tmrw :d
1- no easter event 2- still no info about io update.... 3- ertheia patchonte ? 4- waste time for stupid april fool topic then go to work about new update. great job, you have too much free time in work i see.
