NCSOFT will open a classic server

new here. just registered for this thread since i've been refreshing it every day couple of time a day . i just have quick question to you l2c experts. which class would you play? most of us would probably dualbox having prophet or some kind of buff/heal in party is always good.

is warlord good on l2c? i played on c4 and warlord was my favorite, not sure how it was in c1-c3. is it still able to farm trains if you turn soulshots on? is spoiler better than warlord if spoiler holds the pole?

 

well, you can go twitch and watch how russians do it, but yeah aoe exp is key thing, either warlords or mage party, thats the fastest way. you can go to youtube and search for gran kain aoe, and you will see how they do it. with 9man mage party in cruma 40lvl they make like 30% exp per hour, thats not bad, and about the rate thing, i think russians calculated that its 0,7x rates for exp.

 

old players and people who know what to do , will have for sure boxes - self or party one ( as pp , spoiler , crafter ),

most of classes are mages and archers , cause pvp is very short in c1 1-3 shots depens on lvl cap and gear therefore range pvp the best .
warlord is a killer and very good in pvp and exp , can fast aoe and kill and stun perma , this class was alywas been a great one ( check - http://www.twitch.tv/darkdaxterr heis boxing warlord now to exp in cruma lvl 2 ) . what is needed is to just read epilogues and what updates were applied but this is not so much important anymore as there are some skills added from c4 c5 already to c1 so developers are doing some unique adding.

 

why would you come here and spread some nonsense if you dont even bother to check how things really are?

adena is 1/6 for a simple reason, to put it more valuable than items, so even casual players can farm hard and afford getting weapon/armor, alot of things droping every day from qa/core/orfen/rbs, which is making their price lower with time. shots only during pvp, so players are forced to group up to get exp more efficiently (not like now where i simply soloed all they way to 99 with my evi). while comparing to god where all that matters is luck with drop from instances/farm events, or kidney on black market.

about your 0,02% per mob on 20lvl, 40lvl characters with full pt are getting 0,02 per mob on cruma so i dont even know why would state such a thing when you have no clue.

in korea yes they have l2store, but on the other hand innova ru officialy said that there will never be l2 store on their servers. not to mention that 1 song or dance is not from l2store but from agathion you could get by buying subscribtion during some time period.

i prefer to play a game where level is the priority over items,not like on current god l2.

 

theres a guy darkdaxterr whos streaming solo farm with wl, hes arround 50 right now and hes streaming usualy at late night/mornings. he just have an ee and wc on his back and solo easily 8-10 mobs, wl can keep mobs stunned permamently. all you need is a recharger and few basic buffs.

well alot of ppl will play classic mostly cause it will be p2p not f2p, so even if they will want to add l2store, they have to be extremly carefull, because they could simply kill server with that. and i believe that they will learn from mistakes of korea ncwest. there was so much drama about they l2 store that core riot was actually nothing comparing to that.

 

stop telling stuff what they said or what never will be , cause u never know .. about l2store or what they put , u think they give a damn that few of ppl gonna complain ? they complain and stop and keep playing ..

 

man should we really be fighting among ourselves, because as i read through this thread which i'm extremely excited about i just hear flame after flame after flame how about we just wait and see what they do. i mean honestly it can't be any worse than l2 god currently so lets hope they learn from past mistakes and want to do things that keep there player base high if a lot of care bears wan't a store so be it i hated the l2 store for many reasons, but if the majority of the server pop request one you can't complain. then again i don't see many care bears/casuals playing a lineage 2 classic version with 1/6 the drop and exp. with that said i highly doubt they will add a store just my opinion. i freaking cant wait for classic so pumped!!!!

 

what will be max level & max armor/weapon grade when l2c launches?

 

im not fighting just u know that company of mmorpg especially l2 never rly care much for our opinions ... otherwise we would had faster l2c eu long time ago .. im excited too about l2c ... so i can remember old days of l2

 

lvl 70 or 75 i think , but anyway max mob lvl is 59-60 so you will reach max 62-65 if you will play 24x7 for 3-4 months in mage group

top is b grade

 

based on that logic then it will take more than a year or perhaps 2 years to reach max level if you dont play 24/7 but then if new updates come out that makes leveling easier will that be fair to all those users who suffered 1 year to reach lvl 65 and after 1 year it will only take say 1-2 months of casual play to reach lvl 65?

 

how long will each phase be anyone know? like c1 start how long before we get to c3 id like to think that they'd never go to current update of god and just produce new content.

 

to be honest i have little faith in english l2 community, we might get 15k registrations, we might get alot of people on the start but i just can't see them playing actively for more than 2 months, most english speaking players outside of god are server hoppers. all those servs they hop on are private not off but still, will they be able to change old habits? i wanna believe but i doubt it

 

there was a official screen form korea team ,

they wanted to to have in 1-max 2 year from start may 2014 - c1,c2 , c3 , c4 , c5 and then let people vote if continue with kamael or create completely new epilogue .

at the moment in korea are some parts of c2 age of war - loa and castle sieges are opened max lvl 75 + max top b items,
good old loa times and kariks pytans ,
