Security Problems

hi all, and admin team,

i have/had some accounts that i played and playing with when i have the time, and, i love the game a lot and i have been playing this game since 2004 on different servers (live/private servers/etc.) but this was the first time that one of my accounts was hacked.
the account in "question" last time i played with, when it was not hacked was in january-february/2014. i had a apo bow 300 element(holy i think) +4 full "seraph leather armor" set +3-5 and a full "twilight leather armor" +4-5 on my "yul trickster" lvl 95 dual summoner lvl 92 and also i had a full "twilight heavy armor" on my dwarf that is a crafter lvl 93/ dual spoiler 91 and a 2h-sword (i think it was apo. slasher).
when i did see that my account was hacked was wen i had some free time in december/2014. i got mad and wants to break my weapon by enchant it with my last enchant that i had and guess what it did not broke and i left the game disappointed.
when i finally decided to get back in the game, i discovered that my weapon had disappeared as well so i changed the passwords of all my accounts, and send all that i had left to my new account that has dwarf a dwarf crafter/spoiler.
since you the reader/admin had the patience of reading my story here is my questions:
1) is it to late to do a petition to get my items back?
2) if yes for my first question, then how do i create a petition in game or some where on the site?

yes, it is a bit too late to get your items back, but you can create a petition via our support service and we will look what we can do for you in that case.

the link you provided for "support service" is working correctly all fine and dandy, but i can not "sine in"(the big green button is not working)! is it because atm i'm at work using linux?

hello,
there is a technical issue with signing into support at the moment, the team are working to get it fixed as soon as possible. as soon as the issue is resolved you will be able to create a ticket in the usual way, but for now, please be patient whilst they get the issue resolved.
