yes it can be crafted but there is a huge but recipe comes from store box ))))))

its a new talisman which will either need abundance talisman(its not hunter one) or some other mats

 

i asked elmar about this, because he is one of the biggest knowledge and he said he has no info about such a talisman and looks like it is any "russia-specific" thing. so let see if we belong under "ru-spec" in io.

 

it's not a russian-specific feature, it will be present in every version, what i don't know is how you can get it, but ncwest have it for sure as one of the rewards from new 11th anniversary event, it's one of the possible rewards from jackpot box:

so they got new update and with new update chest with new weapons like kelbin weapons, shadow weapons etc. and people care's about how to farm those weapon's.

 

i was speaking about in game option how to get it (this lima boss) not about l2 store.

my opinion is same with friend here yul be stronger that he was ok, when all char get stronger where the diference yuls suchs now and will suchs again + yuls needs the double jewls to from a dagger thats hironic will see ..

 

yul atm suxx. simple as that. you'll never have the dps a feoh/dagger has, and the dagger has better survivability with his 18558 ue. the yul can kite... lol. i think you can kite... hum... summoners cause their marks have 900 range maybe. can't kite a 3s shadow step/hide/dash, can't kite a feoh with the same teleports (minus the bugs from the yuls' ones) with a lower cd, can't kite a tyrr with a 4s jump (well, that's not entirely true, if you land a slow shot, you may kite him because of 600 range jump), can't kite an iss unless you use debuff immunity (he'll just rock waiting for you), i won't even speak about ertheias.

did i mention that a yul's dps will never allow to put someone down unless you :
-have 4 times the gear of your opponent
-the target has so many debuff that a elpy is more tanky
-you're facing another yul (yeah, they suxx too, so you may have a chance)

with this update, i am seriously waiting to see my dps rise, after having waited for like 3 years... i might consider rerolling (which i've never done in my entire lineage experience) if they keep on only being able to kill players in woa (i avoid s3, ppl too hl here for a yul...)

ehh its not really so bad you can increase your chance to craft new talisman with random **** adena/items etc
and besides there really isnt much of a difference between lvl 1 and lvl 4 talisman
its one of those things which you can try to get if you have already everything and have billions of adena sitting in wh.
besides last one costs around 40kkk to make on ru servers which would be roughly 60kkk on eu servers as we have more expensive abundance talismans than they do

 

again donators take bigger and bigger bost...shirts, broosh, talisman, pvp weapons, pvp armors are now only for donators... it's make only less pvp... coz with 100% euro party you are totaly nothink in l2

 

stop qqing, l2 is not a game for poors, keep playing or quit.

 

can always buy l2store with adena

 

so what that they take , when most donors are handless , some of them win cause of gear and some even with gear can't do nothing ... but they could stop adding more stuff especially ones that they put in l2store
