Can share within account. And, finally, from a High-Grade Support Box you will get Returning Hero's Support Cube. Upon opening it, you will receive one random item from the list. Letters have been sent to owners of the accounts that comply with the requirements listed above. If you have not received the letter yet but you are sure that your characters fit in with the listed conditions, just wait for a while - the letter may be on its way and will reach your mailbox within several days. And the easiest way to find out if your account is on the list for this event is to check your warehouse: Maybe, your special gift is already waiting for you!
you receive the box for 85+ after opening the main one. you can open it only if you are awakened, if you are not awakened, it will just stay in your inventory.
so the only way to recieve this gift is if you been inactive for 90 days? because im 97 and i havent recieve nothing yet...

techically that would have been correct from the beginning, since you used plural: "characters", and didn't put any condition and/or requirement for inclusion/exclusion, so it was clearly implied that "all characters" need to be inactive.
