[WTF?] NO Proper duals at b/a/s grade! am i missing something?

this guy has some serious problems with his brain

 

all races can craft r-grade belts, shirts, bracelets and elixirs.
only dwarfs can craft r-grade soulshots, spiritshots and blessed spiritshots.
addition of recipes to allow other players to craft r-grade soulshots, spiritshots and blessed spiritshots with normal crafting skill. there is a low chance of obtaining recipes from the adventurers’ guildsmen that appear in certain instanced dungeons by using seals of loyalty, pledge, sincerity or spirit.
conventional materials cannot be used to craft items of r-grade or higher.
players acquire “unidentified” items by crafting weapons, armor or accessories of r-grade or higher, and there is also a low chance of obtaining “standard” or “blessed” items.
the following materials required for crafting items of r-grade or higher can be purchased from grocers in each village:
crafting solvent
dualsword craft stamp – r-grade.
changes to existing items
s-grade elixirs can now be used by characters who are level 84 or below.
change in s84-grade equipment to s80 for vesper items, enabling players to equip them from level 80.
s80-grade equipment also has varying set effects, depending on the number of pieces equipped.
the effects of s80-grade pvp armor are applied separately from set armor effects, and require only the upper pvp armor to be equipped.
change in all common items sold in shops or dropped by monsters to unidentified items.
low s-grade or lower (excluding dynasty) unidentified items can be purchased from village traders.
double-clicking an s-grade or lower unidentified item gives a “bound” or “standard” item.
a bound weapon obtained from a c- to s-grade unidentified item has a special ability chosen randomly from three available.
the randomly chosen special ability can be neither removed nor changed to another special ability.
set armor effects of armor of s-grade or lower still apply if a combination of “bound” or “standard” items of the same set are equipped.
blacksmiths who can craft c-or d-grade dual weapons can now craft c or d-grade bound dual weapons.
crafting bound dual weapons requires bound one-handed weapons and a small number of crystals.
crafting the following c-grade bound dual weapons requires bound one-handed weapons imbued with specific special abilities, and the crafted dual weapons do not have those special abilities:

king amadeo of aden has closed off the catacombs and necropolis, where only deathly aura remains after they were completely stripped of power by shilen. the effects of the seals of avarice, gnosis and strife no longer apply.
with the closure of seven signs, the following changes have been put in place:
fixed the maximum tax rate of the castle at 15%.
elite mercenaries, previously hired and posted by obtaining seals of strife, can no longer be hired or posted.
the siege function management cost is no longer affected by seals.
players can no longer enter the festival of darkness and the dimensional gap.
the blacksmith of mammon and merchants of mammon move randomly among the 11 villages.
the jobs of “dusk priestess” and “priest of dawn” are taken over by the “priest of mammon,” who offers different items for purchase.

functions which needed ancient adena can now be carried out with just adena.
anakim/lilith raids are no longer available.
scrolls of ancient magic that could be obtained from the catacombs and necropolis are now dropped by field monsters.
seal stones offered to priests are paid for in ancient adena.
red/blue/green seal stones currently in possession can be exchanged for adena with the priest of mammon.

man i don"t care about you.. and your crying thinks , before post such topic and about something qq like you .first learn game. wen innova was have pts was need test new changes and thinks, not pvp at talking isle. . don't know why but i dont have problems with weapon and ets thinks, if i even will start play with , gladiator , because i play at clan , and at clan we craft items and help each others and goo rb. ( drop items ) if you play solo. you will never get items higher then b ore a ,

@snapax yes we do know that someday in the future we will be farming rbs with our clans and killing antharas and valakas and getting our duals from drops.... but untill then, there is no way to craft duals. how much iq is needed to understand this ??

if u check fahrenheit`s profil i already asked this question there. how are ppl supposed to know the exact ingredients for bound duals if they cant see them anywhere?

we need crystals we just dont know the exact amount 2bound weapon + x crystal from the grade of the desired weapon.

 

i'm waiting about that kind of "ingredients" we need to craft that bound duals.

for b grade duals its ok,u can compare to common ones for ingredients. but more important question for a/s duals, you expect us to have dual craft stamp for bounded ones? ^^ trolol
