wtf happend?

i went outside for a moment. when i came back server was restarted or smth.
when i try to log in nothing hapend. i reboted pc 3 times...

what is the problem exacly:
1 i go to https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/
2 click play
3 messege appear "new version of 4game application is available. install now?"
4 i click now
5 nothing hapens
6 each few mins for a part of the second i can see msdos console opening and closing.

i am 54 lvl already and it means it used to work well donno wtf hapend. i did nothing else on my pc than playing.
help fast plox losing my free time x_x

try uninsall 4game app and download new one from website. (install with the same path to the game)
