Question about 82/83 Forgoten Scroll's

hello , im little confused and cant find any info about those skills , for example at pts we was able buy those skills from cat , but we cant learn it , so if im tank +83 lvl i cant use my skills from this lvl ? did someone have any info :d ?

 

up any info about it ? lf any info from innova team

o thanks , but strange thing is at pts server we wasn't able learn skills from fs's :d

 

after 4rd u learn it just without any books?

 

characters level 85 and above (regardless of the awakening) can not use the forgotten scrolls to learn skills.

 

so if i must learn those scrolls at 82/83/84 lvl right cause on 85 cant so thats why i wasnt able learn it on pts server

 

you will lose forgotten scrolls after you awake

 

even flame icon and pheonix right :d ?
