guys u think is better if an ee uses mj or dc? i thought that mj will be good with a som acu...but also i think that dc will be also good with a conversion homu(for much more mp:d ) any others suggestions?^^

 

you did not specify for what...
pvp - you will need cast speed: dc + som(fds) acu
pve - it depends where you exp, but you will need more mp, and cast speed is not that important (unless you are with 100 other guys like you on the same spot): mj and i'd stay with som(fds) acu
raid(as healer) - i'd use mj (extra mp) + som(fds) acu
raid(as recharger) - mj + conversion weapon + improved chicken

there is 2h mage blunt: daimon crystal (245 p.atk, 177 m.atk) you can put on it acumen sa.

 

i didnt want smtg specific...healer must be rdy for everything...but as i see u suggest more mj with som..about (fds) now i cant do that mby later..but iwas thinking the same....mj +som and homu conves...i think its best choice...for now in the start at least...also hmm why u suggest 2h blunt..?coz a guy posted this

best it would be to have all pvp pve wise but if not possible atleast pve

 

i thing - if you want to survive a dorf attack get majestic - if your good with being 2-4 hitted from an angry dorf - get dc

2h blunt because it has more m.atk - ee has other skills than heals that depend on m.atk. (i am being told that in god heals also depend on m.atk). extra shield defense (when you block) is not worth lower m.atk of 1h weapon - if there are mobs hitting you, you already did something wrong...
big adventage of mj is +50% stun resist - but, if you are exping on mobs that do not stun... it is a matter of preference.

in general you need weapon with acumen sa - but there are few cases that you can get away without it...

my friend, for your ee the perfect way to go until 76 is:

majestic robe set (no stun land on you peeveepeee, and cspeed isnt a problem in good partys), majestic jewels (very important), annnnnnd humunkulus + acu.~

bro, you save alot of money for your major arcana / tateossian and then am acu.

nothin else to be sayd

im bishop and i solo easly 3 shots in fotd with that gear.

i think ma is kinda crappy, as healer you'll need as much casting speed as you can get, imo i'll stick with my mj until i can get dynasty or morai (even if i guess it will be quite long... :d). i don't think dc is a must, sure you get +2wit but it doesn't influence that much your casting speed, plus with mj you'll save money since you can get it as bound item ^^. for weapon i'd choose acu som + shield, with bless shield and advanced block it's a pity not to use some shield ;p, and it might save ur a.ss during pvp or pve, so it always worth it ^^.

 

sigil has a specific usages... and we were talking about a grade gear...
in s grade weapons there used to be: 1h arcana mace and 2h imperial staff (with no acumen sa). imperial staff was pretty much always useless - except for s crystals, or people were using it because they did not had arcana...

now, when dynasty is also s grade (it used to be s80) (i assume it applies to weapons too), you have 3 options:
1h blunt dynasty mace - 202 m.atk
2h blunt dynasty staff - 222 m.atk (that is nearly 30% more than arcana mace)
1h sword dynasty phantom - 202 m.atk
again: it all depends where and with who you are playing... i'am more offensive, so i'd go with more m.atk of 2h staff. (fyi: dyn staff used to be harder to craft than other dyn weapons because of availability of recipes)
if all you do is: buff, heal, recharge, party recall - you do not need m.atk - use nograde weapon with nograde shots, you will do fine (on some raids that is all you need to do).

it might not be possible... on a grade you cannot put resists - on 80+ zones you might end up one-shoted (and your party will love it )... if you cannot afford dynasty set you will be forced to use ma... again: it depends where you exp.

 

you should be one-shot lethaling them... sort of... after lethal they stay with 1hp.
duo party with paladin or tk - together you will rule the galaxy...

 

so you really want to buy full dc instead of majestic set of 2m?

3 spirit ore every turn undead.

1440a spiritore, 300a spiritshot x2 (or were you planning to walk up to every 1hp mob and whack it with your weapon?)
hf lvling, see you lvl80 in pagan when you're still wearing b grade.

 

dc is worthless.
wit now gives 1.4% cast speed per point.

this means that maj robe gives 15% while dc gives only 17.8%.

considering majestic has mp regen and stun resist bonuses, majestic is better than dc for both pvp and pve.

forget about dc it even looks ugly...
maja robe gives mana + mana reg + stun resist and as a healer you're the first to take an arrow in the knee, lol.
and branch of the mother tree till you get to s grade for more m.atk (with acumen) but for raid's go with something with conversion (it doesn't matter if you recharge or heal since you usually only have to heal the tank and you can do that with 700ish casting speed aswell..) - i usually go with a homu since bssc is cheap.

 

i have both mj and dk. against stunners - mj. pvp with mage group - dk, cause under the focus u must run to stretch the enemy by area. mj good for pve. weapone depends on ur group. if u need to heal - c grade with acumen, if u in mage group - c grade with mana up. but on pvp u need weapon with >>>>> m atack.
