How to kill white players without Karma penalty.

so i got killed by a player called oxil. and i did not fight back, he received no karma penalty for it and did not go red. i'm 100% sure he did all the damage from start to killing blow and there is no guild war or anything of the sort going on. could someone please tell me how this is possible? in-game gm's just turn to not accepting messages when i speak to them, so i'm keen to learn this trick so i can exploit it myself since the staff don't seem to mind about it.

 

it's a game mechanic not an exploit or a trick. he probably farmed reputation by killing other pk's and now when he kills others he just loose that reputation and gain 1pk point without turning red. red means he has - reputation.

 

aren't players names in green when they have +reputation? his name was white.

 

did you have any mob on you?

 

there were no mobs attacking me im 100% sure of that, and both our names were white before he attacked me. does this mean you can get enough +reputation to kill other players before your name goes green?

i was harassed by 3 players they were ksing me and killing me so i pked one of them and it was actually by mistake cuz he was on low hp and i just hit him once
now im red and have -720 reputation
and i dont clean it with killing mobs!!!! it just stays -720 tell me what to do!!!!!
i didnt want to be in this situation i just wanted to play lineage and now i need to delete my character!!!

 

you need to kill mobs that will give you exp in a normal situation (you will still get 0 xp). if you go for blue ones, nothing will happen.

 

yeah, it happen to me too, except i was killer. i didn't had extra +reputation, nor i didn't got pk score by killing back then. there wasn't any oher people who was hitting him and there was no mobs around. i guess i was lucky that i didn't got it.

also, day after yesterday i helped friend to remove -rep. we tried some decent places, where there weren't people at all, there mobs were weak, who died in very few hits, they was white/yellow. tried with party and without it, in both cases he didn't received +rep, and ofcourse i got exp as it should be.
we think mobs were just giving to low exp i guess, however they were white, not even close to green or blue.

 

i kill white mobs but i dont get +rep....

 

go find mobs who gives more exp, probably you are killing to weak mobs. try find yellow ones and stronger ones. :d

 

720 karma took me 1.5 h to get rid off. i was 56 and we were trio in fod, not that fast i guess but worked atleast.
