Sudden Disconnects

hi there,
i have a strange problem - i get sudden disconnects in game. all is going fine (no lag, no freeze) and then ding "you have been disconnected from the server". it's not showing me in system message that someone is trying to log the account or something. if anyone got this problem and solved it or just know a solution it will be nice to share it. thanks in advance

we don't have any solution. i have this problem also but since they are too often it's ok.

 

i am getting them too, and it is often enough to stop me from finishing any instance. it is playable if you just want to do some quests and solo farming, but it is pointless to develop a char if it wont get fixed. and so far there is no clear answer from admins saying that they are looking into it.
