New server or I leave

it's enough. lag, you can't kill a f***ing mob because 30 people are killing same mob. gms are spawning new mobs, but makes more lag and mages hit 35 mobs with 2 hits (they get fast xp/sp/adena). it's irritating gameplay. i've, finally, decided, i won't play here anymore. i am creating a new char at (ncwest's)bartz (+ a lot of players are already asking ncwest to make a new eu server). i'm sure many people think like me. so innova can thank me for giving this feedback.

consider geting new pc?
coz i have zero lag whit maxed seting no mather if area is crowded.

was there, maxed out seting zero lag, fps not droping, 36 ping i ever had max.

no lags here even on overcrowded area.
8700m gt / core2duo t7500 (yeah , laptop ...an old one).
just dont put all settings on high.

 

l2 is not old game and uses unreal tournament engine that is not so good nowadays(ofc it change but still badly optimazided)
get ssd and ull see diffrence instantly

 

but i think he has right. whenever u move u've got huge lagz, u can't do anything constructive on this lagz. i dont want to play in the middle of the night or the early morning bcos it has no sense.

 

1.6 ghz/core?
are you kidding me?
and you want to l2 run smooth?

l2 does not benefit from multi cores and hyper threading.
only works with up to 2 cores and dont even use all performance of dual.

l2 is very cpu dependant and 1.6 is too low for this game.

hdd also makes all the difference in l2.
changing hdd to ssd improved my loading times and overall performance diametrally.

4gb of ram should be enough to play but it is not best you could give to l2.

also, fps drops that you describe are not lags.
lags is related to reaction time and depending on connection.
if you feel lower performance in crowded areas, then its on your pc side.
try using lower details while in crowded area to improve performance.

ncwest cant make eu servers any more, they sold rights to innova.
my facts are others then yours, i never lagged on maxed setings ssd, 2x v cards, 16gb ram.

 

ncsoft cant make new eu server. because he have sold the right for eu zone to innova. you can dream for new eu serv in ncsoft :/

i know innova is a stupid entreprise. innova liar liar liar and liar, one week chalenge ? just a time for fix pa/itemshop.

i think it is a natural selection, if u play with the 6000 players in the same instance at the moment bcos everyone has 60+ lvl now dont think that server wont lag but not so lag. and i'm still agree with new server.
