    altough everything is working fine at both my home pc's , when i try to log from an internet cafe shop, i get continious disconnection problems.checked firewall - a/v exceptions, hosts, probable dsl problems, host file, reinstalled frost and system files,even repaired game through settings. nothing worked. this problem started to occur after the last server maintenance.imo , the server staff's priority is to work on this problem instead of pa or billing system cause the server won't continue to have so many players if these problems continue and as i have read,many people have got this message for the past few hours. i was supposed to log and play about 4 hours ago.instead of this, i am trying to be a pc expert and try any solution possible. i understand that this is a fresh start and it is expected to have many problems, but there should be an immediate response from the ones that are working on the server.

    and again,and again,and again since 01:00 gmt +2 yesterday night..pretty cool we can't play l2 , but at least inform us that we will not be able to log in so we can spend some free hours in other activities,not tring to become pc experts in like 1 day..

    don't panic, guys.

    here are the most popular reasons for disconnects.
    i understand that you played perfectly before the maintenance but when server is tweaking and some fixes are installing, there are may be some compatibility problems. that's pity, i know. let's solve it together.

    what you should do (if the first one doesn't help move to the second one):

    1) delete "system" folder, delete "frost" folder, make a fullcheck.
    2) check your system for viruses. we hardly recommend to use, for example, the free utility anti-malware .
    3) check your antivirus and firewall. here are instructions you need. we can't ask you but you can temporaly delete your antivirus and firewall, clean up the registry and reboot your pc, then try to play. if it helps, install it again try to tweak. if you can't, write to support.
    4) try to clean up your startup.
    5) if you use an router, check its options. try to connect your pc to internet directly. if it helps, try to turn off all its firewall and filtering functions. if it still doesn't work please write to support.
    6) my computer - properties - device manager - find your network adapter - additional - look for tcp checksum offload option. if it's switched on, turn it off.
    7) post here your pc configuration or write me a private message with this information. the theme of your message should be disconnects.
    8) write to radix and describe your issue.
    9) write to support (you can do it before all these actions).
