Cant login?

same here.

 

no my game didnt crash
reboot done
fixed game
relogged on launcher site
refreshed and relogged again
cleaned cookies and logged again
restarted web browser
even changed password to new one
after several tries to log in i managed to successfully log in but... my mates didnt

 

me2 i have the same problem.. disconect when i try log in the server..! the problem is in my pc or something about the server..? thanks

 

so again please be patient. task already reported and technical team is working.

 

hmmm why i have allways problems after update ;/ it isn't funny anymore.

 

fixed i was reloging and clicking "fix game" until it download me new update

 

how you did it? my fix is stuck at 99%

i get 100% fix but it says that 0 of 0 bytes were downloaded, so i don't get any update.

 

+1 unbreakable they make bonus with fb connection, but no1 can connect. after if they make update 50% of player have problems with connect or log in.

 

i tried to fix the game. it downloaded a 27mb updated, then i tried to log in but got critical error.. i tried once more and it said incorect password. then i signed out from site and refreshed it a couple of times and in my 3rd try i'm in..

 

i finally managed to get in-game.
here's what i did:

i closed the 4game app.
i deleted all my cookies and emptied browser cache.
i used the system provided in the link while having the application and process of 4game closed.
then i updated my game from the portal without being logged in. the update worked, however it didn't fix the game.

so i changed the password to my account and logged in with the new password.
that seemed to have worked, i am now in-game.

still happens, was able to play fine till 2 days ago...

heres something new, after downloading the system folder provided in the previous posts ,i start the game, select "core" then the game stops responding (the npc riding the chicken stops walking) and after a few seconds... all back to normal and im still at the server selection screen...

to be honest innova, im disappointed, i came here from ncsoft becuase you guys seem to know your job, costumer service, server upkeep, million of players on russian servers cant be wrong, right?
guess i was wrong.

i dc my internet cable, waited for a few seconds and plugged it back in.
guess the ip change solved it for me...

 

according to the date-time of the first post there was a previous topic (https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=2947) whit out answers if we want to play here we have only one way - to try login every day

 

i just get mesage " due to high trafic on server your login attemt faild please login soon"

 

they will just set a limit of players to login. this is how they will make all of us to buy premium. the real problem is that me and other "posters" in this and other topics can not log in at all even with premium accounts (because we are facing other errors)...
