you dont need to, but without pa in l2 you are **** and none wants you to party. people starting to split between:
- players with pa
- players without pa - junk
the first group wont take non-pa to party. is that hard to understand this for you?

i live in turkey and if i know my people they gonna pay much more than 12 euros. not all of them but i met some sick people who spent thousands of euros in some crappy mmos. while i was saying thousands i mean thousands!!! for real. in every country there are always people gonna pay and some of them gonna pay more than monthly. even in ethiopia. so i suggest you to relax and accept the situation. then decide to pay, not to pay or leave. i bet they made pretty serious calculations and came with this price. if most of the people decide not to pay or leave, i'm sure they're gonna do something about it.

 

this tells us that we the people living in europe are not as poor as we think we are. pa is all nice and dandy but i still haven't run out of vit before reset and i pretty much plan to keep it that way. after vit runs out i'm gonna go fish or spoil some mats. hell i might just stay online buff people and chat xd

to those that buy pa to dual box... i feel sorry for you. to play an mmo alone without friends.
