Awakening and light armor mastery

i just awoke in eolh healer. i learned the "superior armor mastery" skill which erased my light armor mastery.
now i'm seeing healer that have 1900 casting speed & 1050 p.def self buff in b light armor while i have 1110 casting speed & 990 p.def in a grade robe.
since i lost light mastery i cant wear light to reach insane stats like them.
i feel like my char is now broken & i should reroll. what are your thought on this guys ?

 

known issue, same thing on ncwest, also already fixed in korea and it'll be fixed sooner or later here as well.

i prefer robe over light armor. more mp, almost same p.def.

and yes, that weird bug will be fixed, since 1k c.spd will be be very very high in awakening char (since his skills require very low time to do it)

 

it will be fixed in new chronicle (second god patch) untill now, nothing u can do

 

sad but true... i also made this mistake so no hero for me after all this nobless trouble -.-

 

then i have no chance in oly vs who kept pre 85 light armor mastery, great!
so cool! lvl 40+ light armor mastery > superior armor mastery 85! wow

the point is not only about hero and oly games , which are imporant indeed, but! clan's preference,(or party) will go to those characters who kept the old light mastery cuz of better class boost and who learnd it (by mistake? so funny!) will be excluded.
i already see discrimination between ppl who has light armor and who has not.

i smell the trolling, not even epics can compensate this difference.

the problem could be fixed with a small patch.
example: edit set up of awakenign classchange as, automatic learning superior armor mastery, and problem is solved.
to those who did already 4th classchange it will be required a database fix but, atm there are nto some many 4th class healer around, it shouldnt take so much time to do it.

 

lineage2 is terrible at giving people info about **** in-game... koreans have less trouble cuz they have great info on websites there, but the rest of us, not so much.

well it ****s for the people who did this mistake... but there's not much we can do about this. ncsoft korea doesn't think this is a bug (at least not an important one), so you'll have to wait for ct3.2 most likely to get back on level with other aoere healers... (btw they should fix the frikkin section name, its not eolh :d)

 

it's neither a bug nor a feature. more like leftover that they forgot to change. the problem here is that we're not, and never were, up to date with koreans. while we still have chapter 1, they're going to tauti leaving eu/na 2 updates behind. they do have most stuff patched or changed so there're no point in developing updates for lower version if it'll be fixed anyway with the bigger update.

 

does anyone know if this "fix" in chapter 2 is keeping spellcraft or only removing light armor mastery?

first time i heard about this i couldnt really believe it , then i saw it was true , this is such a big mistake coming from l2 developers.. if they made this on purpose they should make the new awakened skills auto-learned or something... thanks to my friends i was informed and didnt learn the new passive armor skill... but still this is very disturbing ..

light>robe anywhere untill they fix it. why?

wearing light armor gives u more cast speed, lets u choose sa other than acumen, mana up for example and u have a lot more pdef
so at the end u have more mana, more pdef, more cast speed, u can even delete daring sonata and use knight harmony and u will end up with 1950 cast speed and 2.6k+ pdef

 

there are 2 choices:

1. cron job running every tuesday at maintenance, checking all awakened characters and make them learn all skills.

or

2. innova removing manually skills from players (it takes 1 minute from a gm to remove the skills).


but innova gonna delete "removed awakened skills by gm", if they doesn't make it soon, they will have to face btw players who "got lucky to get gm help" and players who still waiting for a fix and gonna .

that could be a great feature for cash shop. but don't really know if it could be possible. too much interactions between server side and client side.

 

so, once awakened my healer, which is the best armor i can use on him? (i won't learn the new armor mastery)

 

man you are idiot! thats first. second why gm should "fix bug" by auto learn superior robe mastery to everybody that read before click? and why you think that this is bug? light armor mastery give 91 % casting speed from the beginning. and because you made mistake you want gms to equal all ? no no you are just idiot.. delete char and start over.

 

use light armor. you will get max cast speed with enchanter buffs -1999 but you will have less m attack and mana. anyway you are healer not killer so you dont need m attack , and you have rebirth every 10 minutes so mana is not issue also.

ps in patch notes of harmony update i didnt see "fix of the bug" lest wait to see what will happen.
