why am i getting dc every 5 minutes in game?

 

this is ridiculous, from the moment i log in, i have max 2 minutes before being disconnected. innova should really take care of the service they provide, its unstable to say the least.

 

i get instantly disconnected when i choose core from server list.so be happy that you are even able to log in

 

i have pa and i cannot log what the ****

i have that same problem... and support told me to check two topics, which are closed. they want to sent them log file, testconnect file and some information about connection. where is this damn email which i should send it? this is pathetic. no emails for support or something nowhere.

 

it's happening to me all the time. i can't even play the game anymore. was like this for the whole week. i join in, maximum of 1 minute gameplay, then disconnected. brilliant.

 

click fix game... you need to download 18mb of new files

 

i did it and everything what technical support said and im getting dcs.. its not on me because it started 3 days ago and on ncwest i can play w/o problems.. what a gameplay for my money

 

it didn't work and doesn't work... in my case.
may anyone tell me email adress where we should sent messages with problem discribtion and next steps?
