Pavel's Last Research

i doing quest: pavel's last research, and i have a problem.

point 11 of this tutorial http://l2.eogamer.com/wiki/pavel's_last_research its say about double clicking key of enigma, and then doubleclick locked report to read... and i clicked key, locked report is dissapeard, and i dont got a unlocked report so i can't read that, and can't continue the quest.

i do that 2 times (all quest to point 11) and allways its same

can you fix that ?

 

they are not able to fix anything
deal with it

 

they can only make some shi tty event like santa and get money... no fix at all

 

i do that quest 3th times and allways its the same - first time i think, maybe its a some lags, but now, i dont have any single lag/ping loss - so that is not a reason of this bug

 

and ofc no gm in game, if it is official serwer im the pope...

btw. i see few ppl who doing that quest yesterday - i am curious if they could do that quest

as vaplis shows is bug form ncsoft (korea) and only they can fix it.
this bug was reported to our technical section. for now only solution is wait until next hot-fix.

 

will it be fixed with ss lag update?
