i can pretty much understand that any game has his cheaters. what i cant understand is the lack of punishement to this people when they are caught doing it.

i mean, this tard "losthimself", pretty much owned himself, i cant think of a situation better then this to actually ban someone from a game. yet the people responsible for this game dont give a **** about it (gm's and staff team).

i dont expect you to do anything, i mean...there is a thread pointing out the ss lag with atleast 13 pages and you dont give a damn, (and i hope you wont come up with the "dear players...the dust had fcked up your soulshots, we are sorry" tard announcements you usually do) so why should i expect you to do anything about this? lol

i pretty much know, that stomped and his fanboys will come up with the usually excuses for the lack of professional behavior towards the costumers this company shows everyday, but i have been here before, i know how this ends (last time ended up with the game coming up f2p because servers were empty), how will be this time?

and i know im pretty much writting this to get forum banned, warned or whatever our pro mods/gm's will do, but tbh i dont give a damn, just shows the lack of professional behavior i was talking about before.

no, gm's provide support to customers in game and via the support website. cm's (community managers) read the forums

i prefer seeing them answering tickets on the support or helping ig rather than wasting time in the forum (specially in the general discussion section) they are gm, not cm.
