i hardly believe that the lag is caused by korean side but let them be.. although i would like them to explain it better and why they took so much time to realise it.

well, dunno how it is in mother russia but for sure its not this way in europe

 

i lost money by bying premium account cause shots dont work, server is overcrowded. i want some comensation for this, otherwise i will go for other far more superior if it comes to honesty of gms.

i think you should learn some basics about stuff you wish to comment on, raging towards innova is something totally different to this what i wrote.

as for the topic with ss lags and many other problems on innova i agree with almost half of the posts made here, if i would want to point out mistakes and wrong moves that innova made would take long, so same as everyone i will point out those which i think made this happen.


1.no proper announces for beta or live date (all was done at "last minute")
2.due to (1st mistake) allot of people simply "checked" and stayed on ncwest
3.opening core with allot of lag issue cannot be really a mistake for them, mistake came with not opening a 2 nd server right away (you can see current result full server core)
4.premium account price - instead of making it reasonable they made it almost 2x of price which is on rutail and with that showed us that lineage2.eu is just a $$$ machine and nothing else, that there wont be understanding towards players.
5.even tho many many many players "accepted" the cruel truth of prices and unbalance to those who got allot of real life $ to those who got problem even with pa, they still didn't make options for everyone to donate with multiply options (one of those i speak is sms and normal credit card "purchase" without needing to go over other sites to reg credit card etc...)
6.soul shots lag got nothing to do with korean's except that innova made mistake with not understanding that when people do start to dual box and people did start it moment pa become available you can see that was the moment which brought us ss lag.
7.aria will be better server but it will take it 6 month+ to get new people on it and to get some real action going on, while core will always have some kind of problems with overcrowded and overpopulated locations and lags. they simply can't or just don't want to do something about server machine so in any of this two cases i hope is that they haven't tryed yet but that they will but i am afraid that they did try and is just simply to many players online. the time when lag starts is after 15:00 gmt+1 and lasts till 22:00 gmt+1 sometimes stayes longer and also starts earlier.
8.about bugs with quests on lower lvl, well i doubt they will ever be fixed cose it is far from priority. i know that many people will say "but it should work", well it should but it isn't class change quest, it isn't a repeatable quest, and sure not high lvl quests (cruma etc...) so for sure can't expect them to have this as priority.
9.communication players with administration, no offense to moderators but they are just forum "people" they can know as much as we do and they are here to edit/fix forum (tho i disagree with few but is another topic), so what would be good is to see more communication a real communication.
10.one small fact, core wont lose people cose most of them invested allot of time in their char so i honestly hope they can improve server machine to reduce lags cose sieges gonna look like screen shots...
11.events? should i even mention that we nearly didn't even had christmas event? sieges? ncwest had sieges 2 nd week? having wrong stats on monsters for few days? is a long list and to much discussion, even tho i learn in the past that no matter how much you "complain" about stuff even if they are true it wont change much cose things are the way they are it have been always like that on private servers,ups.

agree, server failed big time, its obvious, and only the most ignorant nolifers can't accept it

 

it can be fixed, at least some aspects of it, but it will take time and allot of patience from players.

 

ofc its fixable good luck for innova. but they killed their name in first month, and its hard to get good rep back :d

 

i dont know what to do... ncsoft has lol time zones bots and lags (i can fix lags) but innova is completely unplayable... :/ im on crossroads

hardware related problems in ncsoft while it was a faulty coding in server search before stupidly post something (or instead rage in guru about greeks and hb butthurt random guy)

 

is this gm/devs jobs a hobby for innova? or is actually their main job? are they paid for not being online in-game or forum and for not answering players questions? because (correct if i'm wrong) it seems that they didn't did absolutely nothing this week. just some random announcements of the main gm talking about santa and old/new skills lol.
