Disconected evry time when i log in

i got disconected from the server 20 seconds after i get into a game,server is not full cos im on aria and he have light traffic,i turned off my av + firewall,tryed to restart comp serval times but that change nothing.if someone have solution for this problem pls answer me,i will be very grateful.

may be it's frost's kick? so you have a rules violation or it's frost bug =)

if you can't solve your problem with this dc please send me network packets capture from starting the game to your dc from server in pcap format:

problem is when i pick any server aria or core and click confirm i get disconected ,any solution?

 

illeasu, 3 most popular reasons:
1) server overloading (see indicator)
2) your network ports 17453 and 7777 not opened (firewall / router / isp etc...)
3) you don't have valid game binaries (system & frost folders) and frost kicks you.

may be smth else too...

 

i play on core 2 weeks and all is good until today 2pm when i get ce and can't login back,server is not overloading becouse aria is light and can't login to.. and now i download game again and try install it.

 

ok, so 17453 / 7777 ports are ok i think.
reinstalling the game is not the best idea (so much traffic and time =) ). kick (if it's kick ofc) on server choosing screen is possible only when .exe / .dll binaries are broken or modified.

 

i don't change anything i only get ce when i use soe from toi and after this i can't login on server and i don't modifed anything.

if reinstalling not works for you - try http://www.wireshark.org/download.html (from play to dc) and send report to me via file-hosting.

hmm... are you using router?

 

check your applications - turn off torrents, skype and apache/mysql servers apps.

 

it's not necessary.
l2 client and frost system is fully compatible with skype / apache / mysql apps and even torrents (but it's "laggy" i think)
if is not in your case - please send feedback to support & frost team.

 

maybe in theory but for me it solved the problem. i couldn't log in whole day.

 

it's not theory, it's approved by qa and security tests...
currently i have all set of these programs except torrent and all ok =)

may be it was some kind of setup issue (network port conflict or anything else). hmm, very interesting =) i want to review this incompatibility issue...

i think it's binary issue - frost checks some exe / dll files on server choosing screen and if they are not 'clean' - kicks you.

reinstall = clean binaries

 

dont worry, take ur time, server is unplayable at the moment

 

waiting is not helps if it's frost kick =) so i prefer to resolve this problem and then make a decision about in-game process quality...
