...to cast a dot/hold on a non flagged player?

p.s: talking about 4th job skills

 

some skills yes.

 

you can cast dots/hold if the spell deal damage.

 

one is problem like yuo cnat cast piosion on non flagged player. or trone of wind lvl 79 stormsreamer skill but 4 clases mage will caste sema tipe skill on non flagged player taking all yur hp to an cp to 1 and not let yuo hell up he cast and cast this stupid skill on yuo until yuo leave spote or dien on mobs

 

yep this **** is ******ed, feoh wizards can cast a dot on you even while you're white & put you in the air for like 5 secs so you can't do anything, go figure.

 

special when they do that to harass other players that are farming in the same area and you can't atack back cause... guess what >< .

its not nonsense, try to pk any1 now, u will be forced to lose like 10-15min of ur life to dekarm and wait 6h for next possibility of pking
that dot lets ppl keep away ******s who come to ur spot and ks ur mobs and dont understand then spot is taken or going to be taken
u must be one of those ppl who dont understand that and insted of changing spot by all means try to stay and then cry for dot
ps. yes we did exactly the same as those darganosomething against idiots who couldnt understand that

pathetic.

sairen attack quest is doable in 10 mins even if u get ksed, plus, they have way better chances to ks me cause i'm killing a group and they come and do feoh wiz aoe... and since i'm not 81 i don't have that aura blast skill.

 

those 85+ farming the pi quests are abusing the system by one shoting everything around them, making life harder for everyone around "their" spot. i wouldn't be proud of doing it.

 

umm another thing that i need some info about: the shield strike--shouldnt it agroo a player even if he isnt flagged? lets say if some1 farms, i use shield striker and he imediately preses atk or skills whatever, he should target me for like 2 seconds. i need some info about this, on other server it works like that ( this could be the ks ending on this server)

 

now it's merciless clan doing the same...

 

every1 who can will do that bcuz pk is pain in the ***, so they will look for another way to get rid of ppl from their spot, simple
