What are you doing in office if many promises still are not finished?

i wonder radix (don't get me wrong), but who are you, because you act a little bit as a wannabe staff member.

i don't have disconnects issue since 1 month (i had few days after start, but not only me, many people had), this problem is solved.
as it turned out they were wrong when they repeating that it wasn't their mistake.
but it doesn't matter now.

as of key question is what they are capable of doing and what not(like we may want patchnotes for updates but what if they are not allowed to do that and how we can find a workaround for it), or why theres so many gm/admin while nobody did anything on the server since the start(the gms as a role are only to spawn mobs which leads to next question)? why the gms are only for spawning mobs while they should be able to handle the petition system which isnt working since i dont know like more than 2 weeks maybe?

i would have tons and tons of question but after i got ban after ban from the useless moderators(which i reported for investigation as of late so hope to say a byebye to deepblue asap =)) i just stopped because i dont want to waste time/effort/energy into someones product when the one who runs it doesnt give an f about it.

 

its not our fault ur alone in that server. btw why do u post if u play on aria? well? start playing on core than feel free to state ur opinion. every post u make is sugesting we should leave core and join aria. no, we wont, go play with urself and shut up

some of starting d/cs were from frost-server bug (especially if you are using router). tgms or cm couldn't help you, or accurately inform you =)

i personally received tons of network logs from users in tech section and after some analysis we could to fix it with devs (first intermediate patch was on client side - gameshielddll.dll, and after 2 weeks server-side software was changed and issue was completely solved)

about website - you think that "what's new" section on lineage2.com looks better by design and usability? and who promise to community review of launcher-site (even existent design costs enough money i'm sure)? sorry i don't know about this issue, so i'm asking you for consulting me...

many gms are handle petition through support system (not in-game ofc). currently support site is not accessible for all players (i know that some polish operators can't normally communicate with innova's support site). but i will working with network engineers tomorrow on this issue, and they have some solutions already as i know.

as to in-game petition system, i can't inform you right now about the status, but i will ask qa group about it (and i know that in-game petition system is not a problem for innova gms - it's very serious team with good content knowledges).

please don't look at the gmlist - they are in hide mode often i'm sure... but it's not a bad sign for you (except non-working petition system ofc)!

maybe some rules were broken (i don't know - sorry =) )? be honest please in this case...

petition system is ingame...the support site is slow(you wait for an answer like hours/days?thats a serious communication issue.

well sorry but hide mode or not the gms are the bridge beetwen the communication and the staff and that bridge is blown up atm.

thats not about rules, thats purely about moderators who cant do their job properly.

xrelapse, it's not the best way (i mean forum activity) to evaluate tgms help... many of them not leaving teamviewer-sessions at all. they works with complex tech. tickets from support team, compile tech faqs, combine large amounts of statistical data about issues and so on, but forum activity is their initiative =)

besides no info about the server, no info about all the questions your community asked. before talking about rules maybe you and the rest of your staff should take a deep look into the forum and rate your own work to a below 0.

i don't think so... if even i know about you ask, .adm group should know it's better
but some things are really ... 'hard' (can't explain). for example "redesign all" site - it's so risky, i think. and there is no absolute opinion for design or usability. don't you think that we can use a pretty nice poll to investigate desirable content and design elements? i'm not a 'creative' man so i don't know how it looks 'better' for others, but community members can help with it...
