hi,
i don't know if there has been similar post, i've read many of unorganized onces. therefor i appologize for repeating. i'd like tho talk to you from mine point of view and i expect u to answer me. there are some points i'd like to discuss, ill try to be polite and stay calm.

1) i dont know if u are aware that some ppl playing on this server actualy have jobs. i'm one of those, who have pa and job. ussualy some1 working does not get home before 17.00 p.m. and has to go to sleep at midnight. now try to look from mine point of view, i payed for pa, and should be able to get some advantages. instead of this, i'm denied playing at all. itemlags start at 17.00 and finish at 23.00(nowadays not so early becouse ppl want to play at least a bit). i'm trying to get home earlier to finish zaken/laba at least, but than i'm unable to play (i have cardinal 83, got conversion at agr weapon, and im not able to play solo without shots, even hard to get party). im one of those ppl who rarely pays for something, unless they are 100% sure theirs money are spent well. but this is not what i intended to pay for! and it seems that my whole pa will be wasted on itemlags sufferexping.

2) i've played on many servers, free servers but i've not seen such a bad behaviour from server staff as im able to see here. almost zero! information given to players, who are waiting for ages to get some answers from u about this ongoing problem. i dont know wheather u miss the intelect to understand the simple fact of bussiness. u may not realize that diablo iii will be launched in 2 weeks and if u dont radicaly change your attitude on accessing these problems, ppl will go elsewhere. lineage 2 is not the only perfect mmorpg that is available and as an oldschool rpg player i dare to tell its one of those wrose ones(dont flame me, about me playing this game, its not the issue here).

3) actualy there is one thing going in ur favour and its the attitude of ncsoft. becouse what they dont lack in accessing problems responsibly&effectivly&flexibly, they lack in banning bots. but it wont take long till some russian hackers get to god files and free servers will be opened. and trust me when i tell you, that if u keep on acting like this, they will beat u in communities favour anytime. u abusing the fact there is no better server for l2god atm and dumping ppl by your amateurish approach only encourages them.

4) there are so many good ideas in forums, how to fix the problem. and u dont even have to consult it with ncsoft(transfering accounts to new server - aria or how is it called, buying new hw) and its such a shame players have to come up with these ideas and u are even unable to take some act and fix it! this is the most outrageous fact of all.

5) i still hope, you will fix this problem in next 3 day or so, and find way to refund fairly ppl affected by itemlags. and last thing, whole staff went for holidays during the biggest overcast on the server? really? if this is true, i dont know wheater to cry or laught.

first of all they know all the problems but can do nothing to solve them atm second later admin deepblue will come and say there are similar threads and will close the topic and merge it and 3rd you will get no official answer from innova i am sorry but that is the real world

how is possible bunch of amateurs to take the rights for running the only eu servers in whole europe...

u dont understand that all servers not only innova's have such problem. ok they make capacity of server 3k ppl and than it would fix lags but u will crying that u cant enter server. hw may be help but i dont expect. this game 8 years old and always always have such problem. god only made it harder.

 

adhun u wrothe there alot and useless if u wana have fun moove to aria simple lag fixed u want refund?????? u should nt get nothing couse if so i want refund too i playd on core had lag and some of my time was wasted but u see the difference is that i mooved on didn t got stuck i play on aria and it s preety nice there actually some of u guyz should try it

 

hey man i dont understand how did god burdened dbs? i'm in last year of masters on it(focus on system architecture, but got focus on dbs from bachelor studies), and i'm pretty sure the number of requests didnt change rapidly. i'm sure developers of god aren't ******s and are aware of the possibility of these problems. and as the requirements on connect goes, there is no chance 8y old game would require faster connection. imho my 6y old pc is faster than the one our server runs on....

 

i live in year of 2012, where problems aren't fixed by iresponsible behaviour and screwing customers. im not telling ur decission to move to aria was bad, but this is not how it should work in modern society.

i'd like to know what would u do if both aria and core would suffer itemlags? move to ncsoft? thumbs up

 

people lets move to bartz server (ncsoft) , they opened it recently

 

well some ppl spen lot of time to lvl up during holidays so they can compete for castlesieges (first announced for 8th) and you tell ppl that spend weeks in lvling to *** their efforts to move to aria and what you gonna do if aria is heavey and start lag? but don't worry aria will never be heavy server cause ppl already know innova are amateurs and smart ppl like me moved to ncwest

ncsoft didn't enable laa on our client, innova (radix?) did it on their own. still, you could do that (and even more than that) on ncwest client since the beggining ;p

 

innova cant touch a single line in games code when ppl will realise it

 

they are able to take money from pa and drink vodka only?

 

they only get the right to distro l2 in europe without any modification on the game code
afaik the code is like ncsoft gave it to them with all the bugs etc etc

you don't have to "touch a single line in game code" to do that. go look for radix post about it.

it's our custom usefull change. if ncsoft did that, there would be no broken signature and same feature would be enabled on ncwest as well.

 

so u was bad student then if u dont understand how it can be and dont u think that the reason not only in it. as for me without seeing code i cant say almost nothing about problem, only guess-work.

 

connection is not the issue - no lags on movement, no lags on using skills
issue = dbz - what changed in god from previous chronicle that itemlags are so severe? i dont know, but again im not 85 yet...

 

i understand that they can`t touch the code.

what i cant understand is that they can not come up with an obvious solution after such a long time.

current situation is: core overcrowded with ss lag, aria much less ppl with no ss lag.

solution: allow server transfer and provide some online counter of ppl on servers just to avoid whole core move to aria having the same issue just on different server.

ps: i came up with that solution while i was reading this thread (2-3min). staff took no action at all for weeks.
