do pi quest nonstop. when you reach 83 buy an onslaught of paagrio book and do aoe nonstop outside oren.

 

what is min lvl for that?

 

in altar mobs have 85lvls so + - 9lvls

you have no idea what power level is, do you?

 

well the wiki says mobs in altar are 85 lvl and you must be within 11 lvls of the mob to receive xp at all.so 75 lvl is the minimum.however im 85 and some mobs in altar are green to me.go figure.
