Can anyone help me with making PA?

i got like 12 euros in my account, i click on upgrade account then i select 1 month i click upgrade then it says "please select an account to upgrade"...anyone got any ideas?

its a problem of browser. fullly updated firefox had no problem with updating.

 

i think the avy and the sig pictures are both the same girl. pretty face, let say.
