also, even if he did that, why is it banneable? as far as i see it, he simply aggro a mob and ran to town, no cheat/exploit/insult or anykind of unnatural action to the game done. if castle guards are lvl95 chars why cant town guards be the same?

pulling rbs to towns is forbidden everywhere including ncwest.back in the day people would drop items on death and this was the fastest way to get rich lol.(yes even if you werent red) they changed the drop rules but the rb one was left intact.
