Iss buff, complicates game.

i think iss buffs should be avaialble since lvl 75. is there any way (gm mojo) to forbid ppl lvl below 75 to obtain iss buffs?

probably he does not have enough money for iss buffs and he got killed by some player with iss buffs....

yeah it is so complicated to realize that low level characters can have iss buffs now, but before they couldn't... what a paradox.. it just blows my mind.. whew..

 

besides you can get iss buffs for 45-50k i dont see any problem with it, okay for buffers it can be harder to find party until 85 but i dont think thats an issue for them they are still able to party.

 

ofc they have work, friends, girlfriend and in free time they spend 15 hours per day in game.

 

as i know humans sleep in the night usually if they don't have sex.
