Does the Moral Buff bonus of Dragon Valley work?

as the topic says, i've found this info


morale boost buff level 1: increased paralysis/bleed/poison/stun resistance by 50, critical rate by 10%, and critical power by 10%. the buff only remains while you are in dragon valley.
morale boost buff level 2: increased paralysis/bleed/poison/stun resistance by 80, critical rate by 30%, critical power by 15%, p. atk. by 15%, and m. atk. by 15%. the buff only remains while you are in dragon valley.
morale boost buff level 3: increased paralysis/bleed/poison/stun resistance by 90, critical rate by 50%, critical power by 20%, p. atk. by 15%, m. atk. by 15%, atk. spd. by 15%, casting speed by 15%, and xp by 20%. the buff only remains while you are in dragon valley.

another question: the moral buff works with iss enchanter's buff?or it dissapear?

if u are below 85 it becomes a debuff that u cant die off and last 1 hour. kind of like when u lost seven signs, ruin cast speed and atk speed.

 

never happened to me today at loa - got upto level 2 moral buff and it was working as normal (level 82 sh).

on topic: you don't get morale boost if you're 85+

 

i got only 2 lvl buff , never 3

 

i am 78lvl and never got neither the buff nor the debuff there ... strange ...

in order to get ensure the highest level of morale buff you require high enough values;

- spectral master (2.1)
- arcana lord / elemental master (1.5)
- eva's templar / shillien templar (1.4)
- dreadnought / maestro / soultaker (1.1)
- phoenix knight / hell knight (0.6)
- soul hound (0.4)
- titan (0.3)
- duelist / grand khavatari / doombringer (0.2)

btw why are only dps classes there? no support chars listed (i play support) - may that be the reason not getting the buff, i.e. 2 buffers in pt?

 

yup, supports are always needed in pt's. this was ncsofts way of making sure "non-partied" classes got a pt
