Feedback concerning compensation

that rly made me laugh out loud. u didnt knew bout the lags but u want refund just cos all of us cried for it? and u want refund only for the runes and stuf u wasted to xp faster when u didnt even knew bout the ss lags? also-how the hell u waste 150 euro for runes and stuff for just playing weekends o.o

i must say, this was the worst compensation i've ever seen.

color name 3-sheet pack (i paid 5 eur few days before for 1 sheet, because i wanted to be diferent) and now everyone has their free color name, shame on you.
rune of xp 50% 10-hour pack (you must be joking, i spent 2 weeks playing with ss lag...) and all i get is 20h xp 50%.
that's all i can say, besides that i was thinking on a pa, but who knows if in a few months i'll get a free month pa from innova team.

so, i am very very sad about this.

 

a big +1 for the innova team. this is what we wanted, the compensation is fair, and for the first time we are informed in time. this is exactly what the players want, when they log into the forum. if they see that you are posting about it, they'll know that you are working on it. both the ss lag and the healer armor change is handled as they needed to, keep us informed, and you'll have satisfied customers.
