if they didnt say that is'nt, yes it was. pll play game like it is, you can say smth is bugged if some quest reward is missing, item dont working or smth. that wasn't a bug whatewer you call it.

 

it wasnt working as intented == bug.
and no they dont have to announce a bug and that they are working on it this is retail company not some random private server.
bout shop bug, every one knew and so did developers, they wasnt able to fix it till ge but that dosent mean we were able to abuse it

 

get the pa compensation ready first

then start to work to compensate the healers with light armor mastery

the ones who got screwed by this bug getting stuck with robe had to wait more than one month to get it fixed, why should the exploiters get refund in less than one week ?

 

yes they have cause that is not looking like a bug - no1 said its a bug, its looking like feature.

i duobt that they will get refunded after all any other servers arent doing refund(ncwest, nckorea, japan ect.)
and innova just get another warning from ncsoft
dont forget in that short time they allreayd got 2 of em.

never they did announce such stuff
there was alot of times when skills wasnt working as intented but it was imposible for normal player to tell it was a bug, yet later whit maintance or new update in bugfixes it is writen that it was fixed/or reworked/or changed to work as intented.
but in this case it was even obv to tell it wasnt working as intented for any one whit atleat a bit of brain

im not saying ****, proven fact by reseact for the past 9 years poland has the lowest avrage iq of ppl, in europe

 

the problem is that eu servers has the largest ppl from private servers that never payd for any game. nor played l2 at retail servers when it was p2p

 

the problem stomped is that innova is acting like a private server in these matters and they can't do that, they are simply giving these guys reasons to do more stuff like this.
