the issue is with microsoft visual c++ on your pc (most common). uninstall every microsoft visual c++ redistributable on your computer and install the latest ones. that helped me with this problem.

you have to kill mobs or earn exp through quests. remember that character death does not put your reputation from negative to 0 as it was in previous chronicles.

does nevit hourglass stack with rune of exp?
no, you can get both nevit and rune of exp active and gain more expierience at time.

how does rune of exp work along with vitality?
rune of exp give 50% more exp from your base experience excluding bonus exp. you can easily check it while hunting. in bracket you have bonus exp. for example: 50 000 (bonus 75 000). so rune of exp multiply only your base experience by 50% ( = 50 000 x 0,5 = 25 000 more)

and some quick info about possible rates to achieve:

no vitality, no pa = rates x1
vitality , no pa = rates x2
vitality + pa = rate x3
no vitality, pa = rates x2
vitality + pa + rune of exp = rates x3.5
vitality + pa + rune of exp + nevit hourglass = rates x4

3x(vit 300%)+x(100% from pa)

vitality + pa + rune of exp = rates x4.5
3x(vit 300%)+x(100% from pa)+1/2x(rune)

vitality + pa + rune of exp + nevit hourglass = rates x5
3x(vit 300%)+x(100% from pa)+1/2x(rune)+1/2x(hourglass)

want to know the "rates" ?
kill a monster, check your log and you get the modificator of xp/sp.
lets looks at this :


i have pa/vita on. each monster giving me a total of 187380xp with a bonus of 140535. so the "x1" is 187380-140535=46845xp. now lets divive : 140535/46845=3.
but according to a database, hot springs atrox gives 22270 xp. so server is already, at base at x2 rate.
or everyone is missing something and the indicated % are not additive but multiplicative in regard of this calculation :
base is x1, with pa you get x2 + extra 100% on vitality from 200 to 300%, in result of 8x from base server. with those new information this make :
no vit, no pa = x1
vit = x2
no vit, pa = x3 (x2 + 100%(x1))
vit, pa = x8 ((x2) +300% of (x2) = x8)

as far as i remember you can acheive a rate of x10 with nevit and rune. and try it by yourself : pa don't give the same amount as vit when both are alone.
