Feedback concerning Spezion Instance zone violations

so ... what about this ? just whant to know if 4games respect his own rules or if all gamers can use buggs / cheatt without scaring about sanction ?

the teams got by this bug : exp, stuff, adventage of lvl = og / pvp/ other instances or exp area, ... etc so, if 4games apply his rules, they got, the 2nd point i have noticed on 4games rules must be applied. so wtf you say about making only 7 day ban and nothing else ? do some real sanction... or you just make the other people continue to use bugs ...

 

so how is that fair to everyone else? the people that abused the bug/exploit for more than 2/3weeks are getting a lol7day ban, the people that did it after the announcement(sry guys but ure seriously dumb) are getting the ban, all items retrieved and exp taken. again how on earth is that fair to anyone?

sproot cp should get the same punishment as everyone else, they over abused it and got loads of adena/items/exp from it, they took advantage of it more than anyone and they only get a 7 day ban? is this a private server where some players get "special" treatment? imo punish everyone equally or don't punish anyone at all

 

wrong.
they deliberately broke the ig rules which u have to accept while u making account, which says using ig bugs is forbidden and leads to ban+delete gained "goods". the post innova made few days ago was to warn ppl who would want to "try it also", and its not "law" as u call it in any way. they clearly knew that entering more often - without needed item, was exploiting, and it didn't supposed to work like this.

sprot cp should get also wiped xp from illegal instances, like other banned ppl.

so basically after the 2/3 weeks abusing this they will profit more than the ppl that did it a few times after the warning? they get away with billions of exp, loads of adena and items with a 7 day ban?

i must be stupid and realy fuked up because i dont see were it say 7 days i only see from 14 days in the rule !!!
and pls let us know dear gm if we can also bot because the rules seem to be written in russian instead of english since what the hell ,fairplay su c ks hard when people in charge of rules are subjective about their own rules.

i dont see a reason to ban any1 who did spezions before the announcement - why?
they did everything the game let them, they didnt do any abnormal action/bug anything, they did it normal way bcuz the game allowed them to do it, same as u talk to npc to teleport u somewhere, if its possible u will be teleported, if its not u will stay in ur place
exactly same thing is about ppl who used to do spezions before the new rule appeared

to make it fair i would rather leave it as it was before and let every1 benefit from it the same way as others did

 

simple example if i go and kill antharas/valakas/trasken/ with 2 pts twice a week for under 15 minutes - i`ll keep everything i have `till i get caught and i`ll get a 7 day ban because there wasn`t a specific rule about this case (like if you kill world boss in less than 15 mins with 7 ppl you`ll get banned cuz this is not right) - i bet ppl will rly cry then - but i can say well the game allows me to do it so i can. if i crest a castle from a hidden ninja spot - i`ll say game allowed me to do it so it`s ok. i bet there will be a ton of flames then.

this seems to be the only smart move innova can make.
imo that is the right thing to do with the current situation and punishment that they think of applying.

i`ll say it again - not reading the rules is your own fault - ppl got banned for dragging rbs in aden.

anw since there seem to be no real punishment for botting or exploiting - just leave spezion as it is so everyone can use it.
because if innova decide to apply the rule as they have written it atm - it`s just unfair and retarted . if you want ppl to stop playing here ok - do whatever you want but you will loose a lot of players .

well i dont know how they kill it etc but to enter some areas without any quest etc u dont need to use any bug but game features like news informer teleports
so if we use it bcuz of free teleports we use exploit as well bcuz we dont pay adena to gk? it doesnt give huge advantage but its the same type of exploit, shal we ban whole server for that? also shall we ban whole server for exploiting teredor? ppl dont even know proper way of killing teredor exploiting him day by day

 

well at first i want to say nice job fahrenheit and the rest of your team cause i thought this server would be dead after so much problems but now i see that u are rly working on it so far.

but pls follow your own rules

use of game errors to get items (errors in quest rewarding system, in quests malfunction or errors related to selling, buying and disposal of items)
from 14 days to permanent character/game account blocking and seizure of received items


so if u ban them for just 7 days u think they had no advantage of this bug? i mean 7 days are nothing related to the exp they made i would agree with a 7 days ban cause its the first common bug abuse but pls shrink their xp and take away their items.

after the 7 days they will become hero for sure just imagine to fight against someone who is 5 lvl above the "normal" lvl with nice equipment. or imagine to fight against this cp in a castle siege.
this penalty is like an invitation for bug abuse.

clear your servers from exploiters, cheaters and botters = profit

 

guide how to win on innovas server:
1. find some nice exploit, but dont report it!
2. abuse it as much u can, nonstop, for weeks/month - chill out, its legit.
3. after some1 notice and gm staff make announcement, dont do it anymore!
4. while 7 days of your ban, u can fap on ur ~95 lvl and full twilight/seraphs from exploit.

feel free to put it in ur signatures, so newcomers will know what to do and wont waste time killing mobs if they can do it better.

summary:
- exploit for month: get 7 days break from game.
- exploit for 2 days: get 7 days ban, -lvl, -adena.

yep, that can make sense only in russia)

u should add something like
those actions can't be done if it is done before any annoucement!

 

110% agreed to this and 90% of posts... so ppl who now start to get lvl 90+ and gonna "go" this instances cuz we want gear for pvp those fcking insane(and sorry for the word) high lvl(cuz 95-96 is high lvl in innova) now can't get in the instance as much as we want? that's not fair even with 7 days ban -lvl -items, those parties who exploited the bug at the start just getting 1 week break it's shame... and today(26/01/2012) a friend saw sproot online, wtf? rlly ban or just saying? i can't say for sure, but if is not banned... what we play here...? they now have full top r and some r95 for sure... and they can wipe a whole party with 1 blink and in 1 week we can't even aproch a little to them, maybe i go from lvl 89 to 90(example) or 91... and if i'm lucky get a top r weapon... omg.. that's ridiculous... and the phrase "money moves montains" 100% true... i was about to get pa... but when i read this **** ... i'm gonna thing about it...

 

hmmm interesting,according to the rules they should get 14 days ban(at least) for obtaining advantages and ingame items,and also anyone who bought their items needs to get at least a warning and item confiscation .this should be fun to see

you, who knows about this bug, did u wrote gm or support about this? did u know did this sproot cp or not? all i read is crying school boys that cant pay pa and other items from shop for exping hard) for what u blame sproot cp? that they spend their money to get 95 as quicker as they could? left ur pain for uself.
